I've been messing around with Kingsbane a lot on ladder and was starting to get decent results at rank 8+. It's a bit different than the other lists that I've seen so far in that it isn't a tempo hybrid (i.e., no Vancleef, pirates or Vilespines). It is able to set up an interesting game state where you can't fatigue and you deal serious damage while also healing yourself for 15+ a turn. In a mirror match you would likely end up cycling Kingsbanes infinitely and then after 89 turns the game would automatically result in a draw. I guess infinity, in this case, is equal to 89.
I'm sure there's plenty to improve still, so any recommendations are more than welcome. Complete deck strategy here.
i think i fought against you, i was using a dragon priest featuring Kabal Talonpriest and Brann Bronzebeard and i'm pretty sure i lost against that exact deck this morning

I'm playing on EU and can't find any match-ups against anyone called Infirc. I think you were playing against a very, very, cool opponent, but it probably wasn't me ;)
I wish valeera could work but I think valeera has anti-synergy with kingsbane. I actually started off with valeera in my kingsbane deck but then I played a game that went to fatigue and I realized that even though I can go infinite by shadow reflectioning the kingsbane, I'd keep top decking 1/3 weapons where as if I was without valeera I'd be able to hero power away the weapon every turn and top deck the original kingsbane and never fatigue. I really love valeera but I think you're better off cutting her if you're planning on the long game route.

I had a similar discussion on Reddit about this deck and I'll directly copy paste my explanation. You definitely can have your high attack weapon available every turn once you reach fatigue. If needed I can link proof with HSReplays that demonstrate the mechanic on ranks 10 to 5 in Wild;

It's a bit confusing to explain, but I'll try ;) If you are reaching fatigue you try to set up a state where you cycle one high attack weapon (lets say 15/3) and one low attack weapon (1/3), by doing the following;
Go through the durability of your high attack weapon. At the end of your turn, you have no weapon equipped and the 15/3 weapon is the only card in your deck.
On the following turn you draw the 15/3 weapon, equip it, attack with it and override it with a 1/3 copy. At the end of the turn you have a 1/3 weapon equipped and a 15/3 weapon in your deck.
On the following turn you again draw the 15/3 weapon, override the 1/3 weapon and send the 1/3 weapon back into your deck, then attack with the 15/3 weapon. At the end of your turn you have a 15/2 weapon equipped and a 1/3 weapon in your deck.
On the following turn you draw a 1/3 weapon, you attack with your 15/2 weapon first, then override it with the existing 1/3 weapon you just drew (DON’T create additional copies with Valeera) which returns the 15/1 weapon to your deck. At the end of your turn you have a 1/3 weapon equipped and a 15/3 weapon in your deck.
Playing almost the same deck on standard, with cheat death instead of oil and the darkness instead of 1 auctioneer
Was thinking of converting this to standard, but was afraid the deck wouldn't have enough pressure and sustain in the long run without the oils. How has it been working out for you in standard?
