2xArathi Weaponsmith to get the board control, Omega Assembly, Battle Rage and Dragon Roar for additional cards in your hand, + dragon synergy. Dragon Roar is exceptionally good in Arena.
My first 12-win run since September. I guess there is a window when things are easier at the beginning of the expansion. Not sure why it did so well - maybe two Supercolliders and lots of tempo minions?
I got another golden common as a reward. So, so insulting on Blizzard's part.
Oh, and as someone above noted, Dragon Roar is very good. I got Crowd Roaster all but one time.
Rogue strong as allways. MVP of this deck - Mosh'Ogg Announcer, Scalper and Yeti with Tooth buff on curve. Linecracker unfortunatelly was not performing so good.
On top of wins all games were against hunters btw...
This is my first 12-win arena run EVER, so I'm super excited about it! I included the HearthArena details of the deck, it was a control/tempo mashup, but can someone please link the code to make a nice pretty table of the cards included so that I can edit this to make my first 12-win run look good as well? Thanks, and happy new year to everyone!
MVPs: 3x Dragon Roar for sure. Drew me Emeriss in three games, lots of Crowd Roasters and Scorchers, Alex a couple times for an out of nowhere, 15 hp, Woecleaver into Violet Worm, etc. TTK. 1x Woecleaver was great as well. Rarely did it pull something like a Cruel Taskmaster or Spellbreaker, because they'd have been played or in hand at that point, but clearing a 3hp remaining about-to-be-buffed Charged Devilsaur and recruiting a Violet Worm or Amani War Bear provided huge tempo swings.
I dont post here often, because even tough I love Arena and played hearthstone since "vanilla". I still suck at this game. But it make me 1000x happier when I do 12 wins. There you go first 12 wins in a freaking while and first of the expansion
I was out of luck with my deck scores this past week. After going 10-3 3 times in a row, I finally drafted a 74.5 Hunter deck and holy shit was it effective. Went 12-0 EZ PZ and had a blast doing it.
Went 12-2, this time with Warlock. I had a fairly flexible deck, so I had to switch my strategy against every opponent I played. Good early game saved my ass against 2 Warriors and I even managed to kill a very greedy Priest by turn 6.
12-1 with a Rogue deck, first 12 of the year. Rogue is feeling really strong for me right now, I know Warrior has a better winrate but I'm personally having more success with Rogue.
Just had another 12 wins run, 12-2 with a pretty crazy Hunter deck. Can't include 3 images in my previous post - so apologies for the double! But 2 12-win runs in the space of 24 hours is a pretty great feeling.
MVP: On my 11th win I got Akali, the Rhino from Jeweled Macaw and got a triple overkill with it, drawing both Amani War Bear as well as my Gilnean Royal Guard. Singlehandedly won me the game. Tier Score: 76, the second highest I've ever gotten except an insane 78 Warrior which somehow went 3-3.
My 2nd 12-win this expansion. This time with Hunter, Picked some great late game aggro cards, 2x Violet Wurm and 1x Katrena, which with synergy with Scavenging Hyena won me some games. Overall great quality of 6+ mana minions and plenty of removal.
First 12 Win of the New Year and since Rastakhan Rumble release. Funny part is, that i did it with Warrior after the patch. So without Dragon Roar, Omega Assembly, Execute and supringsingly without a single Weapon! Before this run, i tryhardid Warrior with amount of 13 attempts, but my best result was only 9 Wins. The Ultimate Combo of this deck was Oondasta into Charged Devilsaur or Violet Wurm, and it happened very often which also won me my final boss game against the Italian Twitch Streamer VKing.
This is probably lowest score deck I went 12 wins with - 67,3. When I went 0-1 I did not think much of the deck, as it lacked some much needed removal, but then it started to shine. Spiteful + Pyro (sometimes followed by Bonemare) won me around half of the games. In the end I went 12-2. Last game was won singlehandedly by 6-6 Blood Knight on turn 2 (with coin). I was surprised in how many games I was actually able to swarm the board and follow up with either Sneaky Devil or Frostwolf Warlord, I guess board clears are not as common now.
And another one. Got a super lucky Priest draft but still got bested by two other even more insane control decks (priest and shaman):

Should you craft/disenchant (Golden) Sylvanas or Ragnaros?
