The decklist can be seen on the right in the first screenshot.
EDIT: So I thought it's quite a sucky deck. I had only one duplicate in it, so Kazakus won me quite a few games. That duplicate was Bonemare, and I had to pick it just because of how OP it is. Besides these cards, I don't think there was anything special, but yet, that's very fortunate.
It took me a while till my first 12 back in GvG, until Un Goro. Now here is my first 12 wins run in KFT. I hope there will be some more to follow. It is also my first 12 wins with druid. The other three all were paladin runs.
Right now druid seems to fit my playstyle, as I allready had two 10 win runs and one 11 wins run. I will pick Malfurion in KFT everytime he is offered to me, no matter what the other choices are.
The curve seems to be a bit strange but the deck played quite smooth and was very flexible. Almost every time I had a good answer for my opponents plays. Also the three Tortollan Forager often provided some stuff to fill the gap around 5 mana in the curve and granted lots of tempo when followed by Elder Longneck. My favourite play was: t2: Tortollan Forager --> t3: Elder Longneck (5/4) --> t4: Innervate + Menagerie Warden The three Druid of the Swarm were great too, stopping early aggression or making things difficult for my opponents in the late game. Necrotic Geist helped in some situations as well. My opponents got exhausted most of the time during the first turns. If I was low on options and needed a swing turn I had Ultimate Infestation ready. So I was quite lucky in some of the matches.
This was just super-heavy tempo from about turn 2-3. I lost against a couple of mages (I went 12-2) on game 4 and game 11. I pretty much crushed everything. My final game was against a Paladin - I won on turn 6 with full health and a board of disgustingly buffed minions.
From the outset, I knew it wasn't a terrible deck, but I had no idea of just how strong it would turn out to be. There are very subtle synergies throughout, and I tried to play into those where possible, whilst keeping up the tempo.
You are shivering, are you afraid? --> Easy 12 wins. How to win: ALWAYS keep Frost Lich Jaina no matter what. Play it = win the game. Other cards are quite normal, although I won some matches due to snowballs with Necrotic Geist when they couldn't remove it.
I did not have any expectations for this deck at all, but it took me to 12-2. Not a lot of 1- or 2-drops; I guess it was just a very solid Mid-Range deck. The traps and Deathspeakers were good for swinging tempo in my favor. My losses were due to my opponents having faster tempo.
I went against HearthArena five times when drafting this deck. http://www.heartharena.com/arena-run/f2zo28 I know I would not draft as well without HA, but it definitely has its limitations. The biggest difference was choosing Backroom Bounder over Tol'vir Warden. Playing Backroom Bouncer on curve was clutch in a lot of games.
Finally got some gold for a 12-win run instead of insulting golden commons and rares.
Who says druid's at the bottom? Overall OK deck; worth noting that I only drew Bonemare in 2 games and I lost both. Legendaries performed sub-par. As usual it was a blast playing the not-broken classes.
edit: I picked 3 marks to see if there's a DR on more than 2. I found great use for all 3 and probably could've gone with even 4. Don't underestimate buffs even if you aren't a hyper-aggro deck.
Look, I want to tell you something because you're very dear to me. And I hope you understand that it comes from the bottom of my damaged, damaged heart. You are the finest piece of ass I've ever had and I don't care who knows it. I am so glad that I got to roam those hillsides.

Druid is tier 1 and the second best class in arena right now...
And your deck is more than just ok, it has everything. Card draw, AOE, buffs, taunts, and healing.
Congrats on 12

Just went 12-1 with a pretty great Paladin control deck. Equality the MVP, saved me multiple times. Say Control but I was pretty much always the aggressor and the Rallying Blade did wonders for winning the early game. Also beat a Frost Lich Jaina on the way up which felt good. Two pics since the 12 win one doesn't have the Heartharena overlay over it.
Dragon, Beast and Token synergy all in one deck! + The Curator is really good to go for value plays + tempo as well. Ultimately outvalued all decks, only lost against an aggro mage. The fact that Ultimate Infestation didn't have to be played most of the time proved how good this deck is.
During the draft I figured this is going to be a decent token-deck, so I drafted hard for more token generators and token-synergies, sadly I only got 2: Mark of the Lotus and Necrotic Geist, but by setting up smart boards and using taunt minions it worked well.
Poisonous minions were critical as removal and taunts to setup boards for the token-synergies.
The deck had no high-cost minions except the geist, and relied completely on swarming the board and removing the opponent's big threats with poison minions.
MVP's: *Vicious Fledgling - played on empty boards on turn 2 with coin it has single-handedly won 2 games, and proved to be good Mark of Y'Shaarj target. *Mark of the Lotus - provided great tempo swings almost 100% of the time since there are so many cards that spawn multiple minions. worked especially well with Grim Necromancer on turn 5, or on huge boards from Living Mana or Spreading Plague. *Necrotic Geist - same as the above^^, most important card in the deck, spawning on most occasions 3+ ghouls by using existing boards + some of the many taunts in the deck, noticably Spreading Plague and Druid of the Swarm
saw little play: *Ultimate Infestation - surprisingly played only twice in the entire run, useful on both, but usually this card sees WAY more play
This is my first time posting on this forum because it is my first 12 win run ever!!! I have gotten 11 wins a few times before and I was very excited to finally reach 12. The big winner in this deck was of course Krul the Unshackled. I beat my boss battle though with Felfire Potion into Hellfire for 8 damage of reach. Here is the deck:

MVPs: Tortollan Forager, Druid of the Swarm, Ultimate Infestation
4th ever 12.
The one loss was to a rogue where the mulligan stalled me until T4 and then I was never able to catch up.
MVPs
- The Curator Always drawing 2/3 cards and stalling to get the win
- Netherspite Historian Getting utility dragons and once greedind into Bone Drake
And finally all the buffs cards that carried me until the big guns sealed the deal.
First 12-0
MVPs:
- Ultimate Infestation - no comments, you know about this card a lot
-Medivh, the Guardian - awesome synergy with Ultimate Infestationand [card] Moonglade Portal/card]
also 2 Blazecaller and 2 Mark of the Lotus won for me couple of games.
It's strange, but I didn't meet any mage.
My First 12 wins
12-2 Mage run
My first 12-win for the KFT expansion:

Crazy legendary paladin, went 1-0 then 1-2 and figured it'd be 1-3 after crazy losses. Including priest stealing my DK + Blackguard.
Final boss, was so much fun actully. Was running out of steam then got the UnGoro pack from Elise. Free Tyrantus and a 2nd Dinosize.
Really solid deck. Lots of removal and lots of snowballing cards, ok curve. No clear MVPs.
Strong paladin deck, 1 Spikeridged Steed, 2 Bonemares, 1 Dinosize, 1 DK Uther. 2 losses against rogues.
Very clean play style and very strong Rogue in arena
Nature will raise against you!

Very happy about this 12 wins. Solid and fun deck. Very aggressive, most of the game were decided before turn 9.
So many winning conditions and strong cards. And only one Epic and none legendary.
Lost against an Hunter and a Paladin. Good note, I haven't face any DK.
MVP'S was probably Soulfire but also Doomguard and Kabal Courier that pull me out a Archmage Antonidas
