I'm doing an experimentation and I'm going to record some stats on repeating cards, and see what's the success behind a great deck in arena, so I'm asking the help from all of you, to post your 9-0 Arena decks to see if, after some analysis, we can find the key for consistent success.
Well Warlock decks generally aren't like those of other classes as they should have a far sharper curve.
Drafting and playing warlock is pretty easy I find. grab every decent early drop, avoid expensive cards, play with reckless abandon and start clicking life tap when you're out of cards.
Hmm, looking at my stats I've only played Warlock twice out of 50ish arenas. Both were 9ers though
Hi. First timer here. Id on't know how to make cards appear instead of text, so I'll just post it here.
I actually didn't go 9-0. In fact, I went 9-1. It's because I thought kidnapper's ability was battlecry, not combo, so I burnt it to sac it to lord of arena instead of returning and killing him, and it was my 9th game. It'd been 9-0 if not that mistake, and deck is interesting so I'm posting it. Sorry If you're not interested because it went 9-1.
p.s. 1. I got lots of murlocs, just because best choice I had were murlocs, not because I wanted to make a murloc deck. I only got 1 combo off merlocs in this run, which is eating 1-1 marloc that was summoned by murloc tide hunter with a crab, which died right away by a spell. It's interesting that deck with merlocs without merloc combo did well when merlocs are considered bad.
p.s. 2. not a single games went to 10th turn(10 mana). in fact, half of games(5 wins) was won by turn 7.
p.s. 3. I think mainly going 9-0 is not due to deck strength, but due to odds going in your favor compared ro 9-2 or 9-1 runs. Considering there aren't many forum readers with 9-0, I'd ask to get 9-x deck posted instead of 9-0.I think it'll serve same purpose, with many more examples.
I felt bad playing this deck against other people tbh, since RNG just got me constructed deck.
Not a single game went past 8 turns, and with exception of one game where I dropped down to 16, I didn't drop below 20.
Last game I got boar->buzzard->buzzard+boar-> two hyenas-> question advanturr+huneter's mark+tracking+timberwolf( buzzards died at this point), and was just laughing at arena.
Wish I had seen this earlier. Just had a 9-0 run with a druid. Only game that was even close was game 6 where a warrior had me down to 8 health with board control but messed up big time and allowed me to clear the board over two turns and then beat him down with my superior card count. My last game was over by turn 6 and I still had 29 health. I mostly played to delay early game and then take over in late. It was also my first arena win.
Cards of note- 2 Savage Roar (Won me 2 games), chillwind yeti, boulderfist ogre, Venture Co Mercenary, Ravenholdt Assassin (Won me one game), Azure Drake, Oasis Snapjaw, Razorfen Hunter, Harvest Golum, Knife Juggler, 2 Mad Bomber (almost lost me one game, overall hurt me more than they helped), Druid of the claw x2, starfall, innervate, healing touch and Ironbark are the ones I remember.
OP, I do not have my 9-0 decks, but I remember my most recent 9-0 druid deck in arena was SPECIFICALLY because of spellpower swipe and soul of the forest after turn 5-6 to preserve my board.
Managed a 9-2 on my draft with no Truesilver Champs, Consecrate, Aldor Peacekeepers.
Divine shield spamming pally with brewmasters to boot. Brewmaster+Earthen farseer really helped out vs some really obnoxious rushers. Blessed Champion was surprisingly useful to win some really close games.
I usually never think the decks I build will go 9-x, and when they do I seldom take a screenshot, then become unable to take a screenshot because the game hides the deck list.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Nozdormu wins you every game where you opponent has to go to the bathroom on turn 9.
Went 9-0 pally deck I think I got a very nice variety of a lot of good picks but feel free to let me know what you guys think of the deck list. Was my first time making 9wins at all so very happy personally but feedback would be great as mentioned.

You could just post jaraxxus. Having the luck of pick it in arena as Warlock do the trick for eazy wins.
I didn't say 9-0 with Warlocks, I mean 9-0 with ANY CLASS, I want to check everything out, not just Warlocks.

Got another 9-0 victory, this time with hunter.
deck is in screenshot.

Cards i wish I would have had- Swipe
Got another 9-0 with shaman, but I forgot to save it. Is there any way to see past decks in arena?

I pretty much always opened with an axe or flametongue in hand, got control of the early game and went for the kill midgame
Interesting... Interesting... Keep the coming.
So far I've noticed two things, but I really want to get more numbers before I jump to conclusions.
Feel free to post 9-X arena runs as long as you are able to state why you lost that or those games.

9-1 Shaman. No legendaries. My single loss was due to an incredibly unlucky mulligan vs an aggressive mage. The cards that you can't see are Frostwolf Warlord, Azure Drake Fire Elemental and a Core Hound

Probably the best arena deck i ever had. Sorry for the germans. Went 9:0 of course.
It might help if you translate the card titles for him :p
9-1 with an aggro Rogue deck. Only loss was to a nuts Paladin deck that happened to always consecrate my entire board lol

Shaman, 9-2. No idea if it's all that strong. The flametongue totems helped a TON.
EDIT: Made a mistake with deck builder. The spellbreaker should be a bloodlust.
I usually never think the decks I build will go 9-x, and when they do I seldom take a screenshot, then become unable to take a screenshot because the game hides the deck list.
Nozdormu wins you every game where you opponent has to go to the bathroom on turn 9.
So is it fair to deduce that decks very heavy on the 1-4 side of the curve are more successful?
