Molten. Also, That deck is pretty late game. You better hope you get a playable two and three early or you will be chasing a lot. I just forsee two pyro's and two flame strikes in opening hand after full mulligan...or does that just happen to me? Ha! Good luck.
Personally I would pick the southsea captain. Molten requires a deck built around it and unless you're warlock in arena I would not pick it since it will just end up as a dead card in hand. Plus your curve is already pretty heavy towards late and you have o way to taunt it up so by the time you get low enough for molten it's probably too late to recover.
Molten is the best in a vacuum, but you have so few 2-4 cost minions that you should probably take either of the 3 mana 3/3.
Especially your amount of 4 drops is alarmingly low: only 3, and 2 out of 3 have 4/2 or 2/4 stats which is well below optimal. Fireball does not really count as a drop since you can't attack with it...but with this deck, you will have to many times turn 4 Fireball the opponent's 3 mana minion. Far from great.
I would pick one of the 3/3's because you already have a lot of late game, and molten giants require a specific kind of deck to work. Between the 3/3's, I would pick the murlock warleader, as you have murlock, and no pirates.

That shouldn't really even need to be thought about since 2 of them are worthless. Obv go for the molten giant.
Easy pick of mountain giant.

My biggest issue with the deck is I kept getting offered 1 hp minions, or flat out terrible ones like Silverback Patriarch. :/

Murloc warleader one time as that is perfect for your bluegill warrior and you can then faceless the bluegill for lethal!
Uhhh no? Okay molten giant is the pick.
Nah, molten giant doesn't work in arena, trying to balance your life total is not something you can do without a specific deck.
