The short lived (thank goodness) "Decks Assemble" was without a doubt the worst taver brawl we have had to endure sinc the brawls started.
It had a zero fun factor, zero skill factor and was solely reliant on whether or not the RNG took pity on the player for having to endure this really terrible experience.
Relax. Not every brawl is going to have high quality fun-for-everyone theme. Understand that there will be bad brawls and brawls that you simply won't like or hate.

I hate to join on the Blizz-hate bandwagon, but yeah, it really was horrible. Not the idea itself, but I believe how it was programmed had errors which made it terrible. I never once played those annoying chickens, yet my hand was full of them each turn. Like, what even...
I'm I the on person that actually enjoyed this Brawl? even if it was not most stellar or innovative brawl ever, I much preferred it to lasts week brawl where I literally had to grind 3 hours for a single win on a rogue deck just because I didn't have the New Expansion cards or troggs. so I guess really any brawl where I don't have to make a deck I find enjoyable. still I liked this weeks brawl, it added an extra layer of strategy for what cards you did and did not want to play in order to kind of tailor deck to more often provide certain cards later.
To all you guys saying you never played a chicken yet had a nd full of them, you still had 2-3 in your starting deck I believe, which statistically means it will take a few turns to help water down the deck enough to make it unlikely to draw any.

Cards you play and cards you don't go back into your deck. The only way you can thin your deck is by using warlock discard mechanics. It's just like other deck building games like Dominion, Ascension, etc.
But it's not quite like that since you can't buy new cards and can't really add cards back into your deck very faster than once per turn. You also can't cycle through the deck very fast since it starts with a bunch of garbage.
So it really diminishes the impact that your decisions have overall.
Anyway still playing it, still fun, though some cards seem a little too strong, but what can you do. Stuff like van cleef, hobgoblin, muster for battle.. Kind of... ridiculous here lol.
I mean. This is really not what the game needs, just random shit like that. It's so unfun. Like I get to pick cards, put them in my deck, but at the end of the day I just lose to a dumbass 25% completely needless RNG roll. Sigh.
To many cards are too strong. The fact that they start you off with a chicken deck full of coins is just a bad idea. It makes any card that does 1 damage completely sick and busted.
I'd rather you start with nothing and actually build the entire deck as you go, not just being at the mercy of RNG with a deck full of free bonus coins and shitty chickens.
I swear they keep making these brawls more time consuming. Sitting there waiting for people to choose 1 out of 3 cards, then waiting for them to make plays. This brawl was 110% annoying and RNG.
First try, opponent played Fjola Lightbane on first turn with two coins. With the spare parts it was imposible to win, I conceded.
Second try, opponent played Eydis Darkbane on first turn with two coins. Same shit, it was imposible to do something with all the spare parts my opponent had each turn...
Seriously Blizzard? Just... seriously? I don't know if I was just extremly unlucky (probably) and I usually try to be nice when talking about Blizzard, but this time I can't... This tabern brawl is crap! Opponent gets broken shit and you are done... The worst brawl ever!

I was a bit confused by that too. It says when you play a card it's put into the deck, but yet cards i never played entered my hand again.

2 games? Huge sample size. Well done.
Are you serious man? Do you know how frustating is to face the same broken shit two times in a row, when you are supposed to play this just for fun? It's so hard for Blizzard just to think that maybe... just maybe... the two Sisters would be too broken with the spare parts? Really, it is that hard to remove them as an option for the Brawl? And the worst thing is, the games are slow as hell!
I normally don't join in much on this, but I also detested this brawl. I thought I understood the strategy (avoiding playing too many cheap spells/minions early on so your deck isn't clogged with them) but it didn't seem to have any effect on the outcome. Eventually I won because I got Cairne, Boom, and Hogger and my opponent didn't get anything to match. That's about it.

I hope we never to experience it again.

Weird brawl--got the pack on the first try and will not be going back.
Mana Wyrms ftw.

Did you by chance use a mage? I just beat a mage using Eydris.
I love this brawl. (mostly the fact that its totally random other than class cards)
"Creating a world without Yuno would be meaningless."
I have 6 wins out of 9 or 10 games.
