Quest Paladin is really good in this brawl. Being able to buff and then attack next turn without worrying about removal is golden.
I was just thinking about giving quest paladin a try in this one, but ended up finishing my "3 paladin/warrior wins"-quest with enrage (sort of) warrior inatead. Glad to hear someone else actually tried and made it work!
Used Hakkaro Hunter myself and won by turn 6 - of course, because I went first. I agree with all others who have said that going first provides a huge advantage. I wonder why Blizzard didn't design it so that the first player got one turn, then everyone else got two thereafter (as suggested above). Seems like that would have been a little more balanced, or at least fairer to the player going second.
lol on the alarmobot, great idea that turns should go 1, 2, 2. 2 etc...
That beintg said I went second and won my first game. Secret Hunter is pretty good. The secrets a very defensive, and 2 turns with the death knight is pretty good.
Also this brawl obviously favors deck builders, if you don't normally build decks don't expect to do well. Edit: also if you don't normally build decks from scratch well, your opinion on how "balanced" it is is not valid.
Mercifully beat a tempo mage with murloc paladin on my first try. I'm not really a fan of the deck-building brawls, personally, and on this one in particular I just couldn't come up with anything worthwhile other than tempo or inner fire combo. I'd love to hear if anybody came up with something clever, though.
They want to know how soon will they have to nerf Time Out! cause they r fully expecting the tier0 dargon priest counter deck to dominate paladins that will be playing the tier1 time out pally deck that stomps all the other meta decks to the ground!
Well this sounds like a bad idea...
*thinks about best tempo class, picks rogue, plays three games which I end before the game even really starts*
...Yup that was dumb.
am I the only one running alarmobot here?
Thanks Blizzard for another terrible brawl... Sigh...

Odd hunter went 10/1 until i saw a ridiculous taunt paladin lol
Hi i'm Tyler and I play hearthstone and watch anime.
Sometimes i make cards. I'd like to do that for a career one day if ever possible.

I hope every player that wants to play a quick deck are just as quickly bored and done with it.
6 games with Divine Spirit Priest, 6 wins and then this pack, can't complain.
All Skill, No Luck
What a wonderful idea! :D

While I like the deckbuilding aspect of it, the game mostly seems decided before the first card is played by who goes first.
Maybe I got lucky, I'll have to try a few more games and see what happens.
Interesting idea. I like it.
I'm not dead yet!
Really don’t like the concept, huge advantage if you go first. So I just cheesed it with odd Rogue and GTFO.

Old miracle rogue does great. Leeroy on 5, prep, cold blood, faceless manipulator on 6 for 30HP. I'm 7-2. Not sure how many times I went first.
Secret Hunter for me. Didn't even need Rexxar - one and done for me I'm afraid. Usual 40 dust.
What comment do you mean?
