This I'm trying to hit legend for the first time. I got most of the tier 1 decks but there's no deck that really stands out for me. I got the time to reach legend this month (I think) and I'm already rank 5. My question to you guys is; what deck do you think is the best for reaching legend this month? im constantly hovering around rank 4/5-ish and I can't seem to find the right deck to climb.
thanks :D

I mostly play Arena these days, but I started this month in Rank 4 and easily climbed up to Rank 3 3 stars with Quest Odd Warrior. Its only clear weakness is Deathrattle Hunter and I didn't see too much of those around Rank 4 - Rank 3.
the odd paladin that uses liam and the cauldron is a blast to play and it won't get boring if you draw into liam and cauldron enough. (it's winrate is consistently above 60% on various sources as well, so it's got one of the best winrates in the game right now)
I'm personally switching between playing that liam deck, a mech mid range odd paladin and a control lock deck depending on what I face a lot of, how RNG is treating me and that sort of thing.
(Also playing tempo rogue and a few weirder rogue decks, but not having as much luck on the wins as with odd paladin)
just seems if you manage to get the win hammer by turn 3 you pretty much always come out on top.
I can't speak for control priest or OTK paladin, but I know there are a few annoying priest decks right now so they are probably good.
Getting into legend is really playing a deck you like pretty well, plus time invested. The best formula for getting into legend is playing two decks, one you actually enjoy playing and one that counters the decks that counter the deck you enjoy playing. hope this helps glhf with your grind.
Its depend on what you face most prepare 3 decks that you know very well how to play with and switch between them after couple of games to find the meta breaker .
i would suggest Aggro , Control , Combo start with Aggro to climb fast .
( Odd Rogue , Control Warlock , Resurrect Priest ) if you play in EU server GL

Odd Rogue is really easy climb to legend once you get to rank 2 ish and people start to realise Spell Hunter is garbage. I also noticed at that level the Odd Paladin players are too stupid to bully you off the board and take their free win so even your worst matchup is not that bad.
I think your problem is that you switch decks around to much. Every Tier 1 deck is capable of reaching Legend, you just have to stick to one deck and learn everything about it like mulligans and such. Reaching Rank 5 isn't hard because missplays are allowed, reaching Legend means you have to play better.

This is it. :-).
I don´t climb due to switching a lot and testing new things. But when i take it serious I go up ... Did it with my taunt warrior again. Just played it 40 games fighting 5 ranks up. Then looked at the meta seeing my deck is very close to the meta odd taunt warrior and i don´t like to play well known decks. XD..... I prefer my version because it has great tech cards but its very simmilar (4 cards diffrence all 4 legends O_o).
Best tip is always find something you realy like. Get a grip if it´s good enough while learnign to play it and then fight (grind ...) up. I have multiple decks i realy like and are inovative where i think they have the potential to go legend and thats my problem at the moment LoL.... Outcome 50:50 stagnation

My opinion: Control Priest, Deathrattle or Recruit Hunter, OTK Pally (Tiger or DK version)
hmm, ok. I played control priest for a bit but I don't feel like it's capable of climbing

If you are not seeing a bunch of warrior, it is 100% capable of hitting legend. Very strong now that druid is squashed.
If you are seeing warrior a lot, DK OTK pally works because most warriors are odd and that deck is incredibly slow.

hmm, i don't have the cards for warrior

probably some form of hunter or odd paladin.

that's good advice man.
It's takes a lot of time indeed. Statistically it takes around ~125 games to reach legend from rank 5 with a 60% winrate.
Go play ladder the first 2 games u go against are probably the decks u should be playing. (Spoiler) it’s hunter odd pally odd mage )

it'll be the odd liam's cauldron deck, it's on the front page of the forums.
I also recommended it like 2 days ago to you.

Played r4 -> legend with Thijs hunter this season. Pretty good deck, and not too hard to play.
