I didn't want to make a new thread because of this, but I was playing my thief rogue against a dragon warrior. He has a deathwing on board and 8 hp. I have Yogg, Rag and Burgle in hand, and 11 hP. What is the smartest play for me to do?
No?
How many cards does your opponent have in hand? If he's just Deathwinged and is top-decking, then I would probably Yogg and plan to Rag next turn if necessary. Otherwise, if he's sitting on 2+ cards then rolling the dice on Rag is probably the play I'd make.
something with yogg, because even if you play like absolute garbage all game, all you have to do is play yogg and you'll probably get 4 ice blocks, 2 moonglade portals and 5 holy fires and win
I got to rank 5 playing Yogg but the meta from rank 5 to 1 seems hard against yogg decks, even aggressive ones like tempo yog mage. You don't get to play until turn 10. I'm guessing aither a really aggressive shaman or an anti shaman and aggro hunter, maybe a midrange hunter, but don't know.
You’ll play Standard using a deck built solely from a pool of cards that were released in the current and previouscalendar year.
When we release the first new Expansion each year, every set that wasn’t released in the same year or the year prior will cycle out and no longer be part of the Standard format.
After an almost three months hiatus, Karazan got me back in the game, and I climbed to rank 5 from 11 no star with only two losses with mid-shaman. The many variations of the deck feel at an all time strong right now, I finally settled with a troggless list with a single Primal Fusion as a tech card. Turning a 2-3 manatide totem into an 8-9 drawing engine of doom is definitely fun (and happened, well, exactly once).
And I am undefeated against druids so far, though I got lucky every-time they manage to stay alive long enough to play yogg (I even had a board of mostly 1-1 and 0-2 surviving two yoggs after a shadowstep).
Now is the time to play more than usual to try and get legend, goodluck, myself!
What's the best deck to get from rank 5 to legend this month? I dont care if its dull, smorc, aggro, boring. Wann go for legend

Not my list though credits to Sodawashere
Here is the deck try it sometimes it's super strong
Just hit Legend for the first time with Discard Zoolock.
That wasn't easy considering that Shaman was 32% of my matchups, The Crazed Alchemist tech really payed off.
I was struggling for a bit playing shaman but i modified my deck a bit for burst damage and that seems to work a lot better.
