Elise Starseeker is playable for sure. Depending on how you build your deck, you'll do just fine. It's true that true control warrior decks are not doing so well these days, due to jades, but jades only make up a certain percentage of your match-ups, so if you can reliable win the rest, it's fine. It's a matter of knowing how to play CW and teching your deck according to the meta. Not easy, but doable with the right cards I think.
Sure, you can play it and even climb with it, but it's not easy.
Jade Druid dominates you, and Renolock (with Jaraxxus) is a heavy uphill battle as well, although there you at least have the chance to get early Monkey out or burst down the Jaraxxus with Grom.
Dragon Priest and Jade Shaman are both winnable, but stretch your removal to the extreme. A Dragon Priest who hits good Branned discovery cards will have too much stuff for you to remove, but overall I have found Dragon Priest an easier matchup than Jade Shaman (positive winrate against Dragon Priest and sub-50% against Jade Shaman).
On the bright side, you are favored against Pirate Warrior, and do really well against Aggro Shaman and Water Rogue as well.
Well, after thinking about this thread, I went and played Elise Control Warrior from rank 2 to Legend. I did not do it purely for science, but also because I faced a ton of Pirate Warriors. With my heavy anti-aggro focus, I found Dragon Priest a really difficult opponent now, much more so than with a list running a couple of more big threats. This was compensated by the 19-5 (79.2%) record against Pirate Warrior though, bringing my overall record from rank 2 to Legend to 34-24 (58.6%).
Control Warrior is pretty bad right now, I can not recommend it, unless you are really experienced with this deck. It is really difficult to pilot rght now, because there are only one and a half good MU (Pirate Warrior and Renolock). Jade Matchups are disgusting with the unwinnable Druid Matchup.
Further there is absolutely no reason to play Elise in this meta. There is not one MU where you can utilize her, so it is better to run Ysera or Deathwing instead of her.
So better dont start playing Control Warrior now, unless you know exactly what you're doing.
I find the Questing Miracle matchup to actually be pretty tough. Sylvanas is fairly useless in the meta and is run more out of habit than anything else.
@Old_Guardian, you're finding Dragon Priest difficult because you don't run Sleep with the Fishes.

Elise the Trailblazer is not out yet, so it's not playable.
Should you craft/disenchant (Golden) Sylvanas or Ragnaros?

Fatigue, Control, and some Reno warriors run Elise Starseeker for gathering potential finishers. I see no reason to neglect her.
Elise the Trailblazer could be useful in warrior, but depending on the overall power level of the set, Prince Malchezaar might be a better inclusion.
Wants to play Captain Cookie Druid because why not?
