I've been wondering if the "Drop all the legendaries" and win type of Warrior will die off with Naxxramas, and if Warriors will evolve into a more 'mid-range'ish type of deck with cards like Death's Bite and such. I know that control will be the main focus, but I'm wondering if the mana curve will fall to the more early/mid game than late.

I think that it is unlikely that control warrior will die anytime soon. It's also not a "drop all the legendaries and win" deck. Anyone that approaches it like that, will not be nearly as successful as they'd like. The Naxx cards have helped control warrior. Sludge Belcher and Unstable Ghoul both fit in nicely. Thijs made it to #1 EU with a Naxx control warrior last season. :)
Yeah, like BDSorcerer said, Unstable Ghoul is just soooooo good in control warrior. Combining that with death's bite for a total of 6 Whirlwinds, you can pretty much destroy any aggro/early game deck you come across, get great accolyte/armorsmith value, and stretch the game out long enough for your legendary drops.
Control warrior will be perfectly fine after Naxx.

The the question is, what will Control Warrior look like after Death's Bite comes out?

that's what almost every war player is waiting to answer
I think it will replace fiery axe (although more expensive). From my perspective, it's going to be as useful as Truesilver champion in palas and will help activate your armorsmiths, acolytes etc, it's just my 2 cents though.
No, we will never replace our fiery win axe. We will just cut some different cards for it.
Fiery War Axe will never be replaced. It's arguably the best 2 drop in the entire game. It's 6 damage for 2 mana, and almost always trades 2 for 1 giving you a huge tempo boost early on.
2x Kor'Kron Elite is replaced by 1 Death's Bite and 1 Spellbreaker. IMO Baron Geddon and Alexstraza have become so situational in the meta so far that they can be replaced by Sludge Belchers
will rag still be played when there are so much tokens/eggs running around ? i would rather keep baron then rag right now tbh and cut down a whirlwind. 5 aoe should be fine (1 ww, 2 ghouls, 1 bite, 1 baron), also baron is crucial vs shaman. cutting alex could also be wrong depending on the meta as i see it to be very strong in the mirror
Abomb is cheap enough that your opponents ability to remove it without suffering is a little high for my tastes. Baron is basically a taunt as your opponent cant build a board with him up. At turn 7 chances are your opponent has already used up clears on your armorsmiths/cairne/black knight/etc
I'd have to agree with the majority and say that control warrior is better than it ever has been with the Naxx additions. Loatheb, Sludge Belcher and Unstable Ghoul shore up a lot of the weaker match up a for the deck.
I think the only thing that would keep me away from playing two War Axes is if I was playing a Hero besides Warrior. Fiery War Ax has so much value for 2 mana that it would literally be the last card I would consider cutting before Armorsmith.
I'm super stoked about Death's Bite and cannot wait to try it. From what this site says, it'll be coming out on Tuesday!
I don't really know if Gorehowl will still have a place in Warrior after the Death's bite will come out. 3 weapons are ok, and 4 may be already too many.. and I cannot think about cutting Fiery war axes, they are THE early game of control warrior (armorsmith etc are ok to rack up some armor/cards etc, but let be honest, what handle all the small minions the opponent trow in is mainly the axe)
Thanks for the comments! I can understand a lot of your revisions. I've never been satisfied with Sylvanas (and I've played her a lot. I have a golden copy). If you feel Cairne isn't getting the job done perhaps the second Sludge Belcher would be a better pick. It's possibly the best card for us to play when behind. As for other options, Captain Greenskin might be a good fit with our new weapon being released on Tuesday.
Yeah that's pretty much what stopped me from crafting Geddon, too many Eggs and Creepers in the decks right now... I still play Brawl though since Alexstrasza hasn't won me many games lately and that's pretty much the only slot where i can do substitutions in the decklist.
I am not sure if 2 fiery war axes are required anymore, find it tough to get through 4 charges before I want play Gorehowl, with the amount of control I should have on the board, and wanting to run my minions into things for card draw/additional armour, I just don't know. In addition with Death's Bite coming out, can I really get through 6 - 8 weapon charges before Gorehowl? How much do I want to run my beautiful face into things, this is why I love Kor'kron Elites so much.
There are so many good cards for Warrior control it is tough to figure out what to cut to put things in, which to be honest is a great situation to be in, and why I love the class so much.
I think you make a valid point here.
Point is only valid, if you draw your Fiery War Axe very early. If you run the card only once, chances are you don't get it early enough. So, in order to even the odds and approach 100% chance, you must run two Fiery War Axe. Other than that, I totally agree with you that it is hard to get 4 charges out before Gorehowl in a regularly progressing gaming.

I think Control Warrior isnt dead but being redone with the new Naxx cards into something like the old Control Warrior but...abit refined.

control warrior seems to be seeing quite a bit of play from the top players that stream

As for a new list, here is what I'm currently running: http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/86496-naxx-warrior-control

What's your opinion about Baron Geddon? I wonder if i should craft him or just keep playing without it...
Isn't he a bit too slow to really make a difference in the current meta?
I have Baron Geddon in place of Brawl, as I feel it is less likely to backfire with the rise of a lot of deathrattle minions in the meta.
