If you're playing zoo like a regular aggro deck you're doing it wrong. It can play the aggro role, and depending on what is happening on the board it might be the right path. But Zoo shines when you keep the board under control trough efficient trades. This way you'll constantly have board presence and eventually left over damage to go face, after clearing opponents board. Try to play around board clears, nerubian egg, haunted creeper and voidcaller are excellent at that.

To beat a reno with zoo firstly requires what is mentioned above about board control early and maintaining that. Make sure you save combos and basically try for surprise OTK lethal. Secondly is quite a bit of luck with your draws and also that your opponent may not draw reno. From what i've seen most renolocks usually run about 2 of a particular card whether it may be something like a Voidcaller or something similar. I've been lucky before when this happened to me but yeah it is very difficult but don't give in cause every deck can be beaten.
It is a matchup not far away from Freeze Mage VS Control Warrior.
Play like you do against any other control deck, appy pressure as much as possible but make sure you maintain board control. However, Renolock runs so many removals with 2 insane AoEs with Hellfire and Shadowflame, you'll have a hard time to maintain board control by T8-T10, and that is the part where Reno comes in. You'll still be in the game, but their control deck will become stronger the longer the match goes on. When they play wisely they'll save Brann for Healbot, and by the time you get them close to death again they'll drop Jaraxxus and it is over.
Played a lot Midrange demonzoo the first half of the season, and I have lost ~90% against Reno. Before LOE demonzoo was an easy deck to use to get to Rank 5 quickly, with all the Renos out there i got stuck at ~10 until I switched to Control Priest and Midrange Druid...
Normal Zoo might be a little less weak against Reno than Demonzoo because of the stronger earlygame, but still. Really bad matchup.

The last time I won, I got another power overwhelming through a DP, and used all three that I had on turn 5. That will not happen again anytime soon.
I have added brann and void terror in my demon zoo. That combo can make the void terror REALLY REALLY buff. Not to mention make your abusive sargent and defender of argus better. Add in some doomguards and malganis and late game isn't looking so terrible. Ideally you pressure enough early and pray Reno has not been drawn.
Keep board, try to make the best of sticky minions like not popping nerubians too fast and keeping the pressure zoo is a board control deck renolock isn't particulary good against it.
since everyone plays renolok now. Can some of you tell me how you lose to zoo. The only deck is constantly am losing too is Reno
You just have to get early aggression and hope they don't draw it. Reno is a very hard deck to beat with Zoo.
Keep early aggresion and board control.. Save doomguard + power overwhelming for surprise burst before they can use reno. Its a tough matchup ;(

Not a great match up to be sure.
