I have opened Shudderwock legendary recently. Should I dust it? I don't have almost any other Shaman cards that are needed for the deck to work so I can't play the card really. Or should I slowly start working towards getting other Shaman cards? Will it be a playable deck also after rotation?
You mean dust it right? No don't do that if that's the case. Shudderfuck has A LOT of potential not just for the combo but for value and fun. You can do a lot of things with that card, if you play Shudderfuck doesn't mean you have to craft the entire combo. Just use Elise or jade or something that made crazy value. Cheers
when Grumble, Worldshaker rotates in april this version will simply die. But different version probably reappear. Anyways new expantion is in 10 days wait and see if its still in meta and want to craft for only 4 months its your choice.
Shudderwock is a fun card to just have and build decks around. Sure it may not be viable in the near future, but it has a lot of gimmick potential (See Cthun Shudderwock and Bomb Shudderwock decks in Wild).
No! I can’t believe you’re even asking! There are Many different versions of Jabberwocky decks and they’re so fun! Even if you don’t have the stuff now, invent your own jabberwocky deck, or play alt versions like tempo.
It’ll be played in standard til it goes and in wild until the end of hearthstone
Never dust unless you have a reason to dust. Cards are always worth more than dust because of the possibility of nerfs.
I agree with this sentiment, although with a more positive spin on it: don't dust Legendaries unless you're absolutely sure, because you never know if you might want to use them later! You might find yourself playing a Shudderwock deck in the future. Another reason is because dusting classes pushes you into a shitty cycle:
I don't have any Shaman cards.
Because of (1), I will dust my new Shaman card.
I (still) don't have any Shaman cards.
Repeat.
The loop doesn't end until you decide to put an end to it, so you can begin to build up a collection. Like those people who dust their Wild cards. "But I don't have any cards in Wild!" ...yeah, because you keep dusting them! D:
Edit: I edited your title so people understand the situation more clearly. You're asking about dusting it, not crafting a card you already have lol
Behold, foolish interlopers! I am commanding this mortal to spread the will of the Scourge throughout the interwebs, encouraging you to seek out me, Archlich Kel'Thuzad! Now coming to you as the tenth class of Hearthstone!
I am a finalist in this Class Creation Competition, so if you could give it a look I would be greatly appreciative <3
Which packs are best to buy to build core collection of cards? Classic?
If you're still early in your Hearthstone "career", then absolutely: Classic is the core set for building a collection. The cards will stay around for seemingly forever - with a few exceptions - and the best cards have a universal appeal/viability.

Shudderwock is obviously the Crux of Shudderwock Shaman, but it's also a good value generator in control decks and elemental decks, and there are actually several OTK options with it. Look up the Stonetusk Boar Shudderwock OTK deck
In all honesty, Shudderwock isn't a high tier deck at the moment, it only wins around 55% of games, so ignore the haters whining “Shudder OP” or “Shudder is cancer”; that being said, it can be a fun card and you can build many variants of decks around it... all in all, you should at least wait to see what new tools we get in standard before deciding, so you can make an informed decision.

Just don’t play the stupid OTK version. It’s so incredibly boring. The midrange version is really fun (no Grumble needed thank god). That at the very least requires strategy.

Lol, "only" a 55% win rate? You do realise that the top Tier 1 deck at Legend rank only has a win rate of 53%?
Your general point is right, though - Shudderwock's win rate is about 48%, so it is not really OP. But it does have very high win rates against certain archetypes like Odd Warrior.
Shudderwock will be better, if anything, after rotation, because the overall power level of the game is going to go down and Shudderwock will still be around. And it's even getting some nasty new tools in RR.
On the other hand, it's a boring deck to play IMO. :-P

Hello,
I have opened Shudderwock legendary recently. Should I dust it? I don't have almost any other Shaman cards that are needed for the deck to work so I can't play the card really. Or should I slowly start working towards getting other Shaman cards? Will it be a playable deck also after rotation?
Rastakhan’s Rumble is providing Warlock with some crazy disruption tools, I’d say hold on to the dust for now.
Also, as a general rule, when a new expansion is coming out, try not to spend any gold/dust so you can save for the next expansion.
My verdict is don’t craft it, but wait and see how the new meta settles down.
You mean dust it right? No don't do that if that's the case. Shudderfuck has A LOT of potential not just for the combo but for value and fun. Nb : yes I have and I hate shudderwock

Don’t dust! You’ll regret it!
Oh ok I will keep on to the card. And try to start collecting more Shaman cards for potential future deck.

dust, shudderwock is a plague
I would keep it, it's a super fun, unique, and powerful card, will probably be in a good deck until it rotates in two years or whatever.

55% is not high tier? 55 is a lot.
55% is the highest I could find, the number fluctuates between 52%-55%, and that still only puts it around Tier 3 right now.
Just don’t play the stupid OTK version. It’s so incredibly boring. The midrange version is really fun (no Grumble needed thank god). That at the very least requires strategy.
So no, dont dust it. Just be creative with it
