So I have really been wanting to make a Mill rogue deck this expansion with all the new fun and exciting rogue cards such as KingsbaneElven Minstrel and I think the deck type has a lot of potential this expansion and I've been debating a lot if it is worth putting Fal'dorei Strider into a Mill Rogue deck. I know Fal'dorei Strider is really good in like tempo Rogue and the card itself is like a 4 mana 16/16 altogether. The card brings a lot of tempo to the fight which allows Rogue to stay alive longer but the problem I have with Fal'dorei Strider is that when I use vanish and stuff while I have the free 4/4 spiders on the field, it adds a bunch of spiders to my hand from my Fal'dorei Strider which just fills my hand with spiders that I might not be able to play. I think I should put Fal'dorei Strider in my deck but i'm not sure.
There is a chance you could mill the ambushes. The ambushes do not produce a 4/4 if they are milled, there must be room in your deck for the card.
On a side note, with Coldlight Oracle moving to the Hall of fame with the next expansion, you only have a few weeks left to play these kinds of decks in standard. So if you dont play wild, play them now or you wont be able to soon.
I wouldn't play it in Mill Rogue. The biggest weakness Mill Rogue has is that you don't draw the cards you need in time, so I try to eliminate as many cards as possible that don't do one of these three things: 1.Drawing cards 2.Buffing your weapon 3. Controlling your opponent's board. If you can consistently get a giant lifesteal weapon you won't have any need for 4/4s.
I didn't use it at first, but now run two copies. It's absolutely nuts in mill rogue mirrors. They can try to burn you, but overdrawing Ambushes is all gravy and they have to really consider the board and whether they can risk summoning 16/16 worth of stats.

Strider has been great for me. I play one and wait until late game to utilize it best with codlight.
shadowstep + Fal'Dorei = <3

If you are in your first year of playing please read this post.
Dust does not burn a hole in the jar. Be careful what you craft, especially before and right after a rotation.

Vs aggro most of the time you lose anyway, strider can help, but you probabbly still lose, vs control, you want to kill him with mill, not with 4/4's
