I don't know if you noticed, but some cards come up WAY MORE OFTEN than the other. I tested it in course of over 500 games, and here's what i came up with.
Increased drop rates:
Versus Warrior: Cursed Blade, Revenge
Versus Warlock: Bane of Doom, Dark Bargain, Fist Of Jaraxxus, Spreading Madness, Twisting Nether
Versus Priest: Purify, Northshire Cleric, Mass Dispell, Holy Fire
Versus Mage: Cabalist's Tome, Anomalus, Flame Leviathan
Versus Druid: Astral Communion
Versus Shaman: Eternal Sentinel, Bloodlust
Versus Rogue: Deadly Fork
Versus Hunter: Ram Wrangler, Infest, Cobra Shot
Versus Paladin: Seal of Champions, Silvermoon Portal, Solemn Vigil, Enter The Coliseum

I played hundreds of Burgle Rogue games too, and I feel there are cards I see more often than others. That's completely normal and it's absolutely not the same as yours. :)

I wish they would just ban out from the burgle list useless cards like Totemic Might, etc.. the burgle mechanic has potential but until they remove those useless cards it will fail to see play

If I'd take my two hundred games this season with malyrogue and two swashburglars, I would say that against druid I only got wild growth and innervate, because those are the cards that I remind the most. I don't think there are any kind of different drop rates according to card rarity or quality.
According to Big Numbers Rule your card burgling will limit to real distribution if you tend your number of games to infinity, but never know, how much games you should play.
If we could stack together all resulting tables given, maybe we cn get the pure result, but, it could be far more complicated distribution, which differ from game to game because of the synergy cards you have in hand and cards you can burgle. May be blizzard has intelligent algorithm for this purpose. I can rather suppose they use AI, but this gonna make blizzard a new level up in my eyes! (sry for bad English)
Should that be true, it wouldn't surprise me at all with Blizzard. They could manipulate drop rates, so certain garbage cards could see some play in the game.

Hey don't discriminate Totemic Might! Since the ladder is flooded with Shamans I keep getting it from Swashburglar and even if it sucks it's 0 mana so it's free cycle for Gadgetzan Auctioneer or a Combo activator.... Getting AOE or Hex would be better but at least it's not Shatter....

Shatter has saved my arse at least once! you can also burgle freezing cards and minions!

I think the sample pool is too small and you remember those cards more because they (usually) suck for you as a rogue

I don't know about you, but if I'm playing Control Shaman, enemy Burgle Rogue is granted to find my Legendaries. Al'Akir at least.

burgle rogue fun to play but annoying to play again them. How many time they win because random burgle op card from you. RNG feast
I don't know which kind of algorithm they're running for this card, but we're not getting the same cards while Burglering our opponents.
I know this because I get a Totemic Might one out of 4 times against Shaman, and you didn't even mention it.
