Priest has always been one of my favorite classes, so having just come back to Hearthstone after over a year hiatus, I noticed the majority of my cards are now out of standard. Being a huge fan of Dragon Priest before, I started back down that path again. Then I ran into Lyra the Sunshard. So I switched gears and tried an Elemental Priest deck. Not completely happy with that either, I'm attempting to merge the two concepts. The deck below is what I've come up with. I'm still working through the Karazhan adventure so I do not have the rewards that come from the top two levels of that yet, which is why they do not appear in the deck (assuming I even attempt to work them in, though the PW:P dragon I feel should at least be a 1-of).
I guess I'm just looking for constructive advice on the deck and how to proceed with it as I feel like it has more potential than what I currently have constructed. (Currently playing at Rank 12 with it).
Definitely light on dragons, so you may have problems activating your drakonid operative (and you really do want to play him on turn 5 if possible to get a big body on board)
Possibly drop the holy nova and a tar creeper for two faerie dragons. Netherspite Historian can also be very good (getting extra Drakonids or other late game dragons) so you could also drop a servant of kalimos (too many 5 drops right now) and a shadow word pain (since you would have additional early game minions, it's not as needed).
As it stands right now, there isn't a solid win condition with your deck. You could also ditch most of the elementals (keep Lyra and the two Radiants) and run Inner Fire and Divine Spirit.

You don't really have enough elementals to trigger servant of kalimoscconsistently. You could swap them out for a book worm and a netherspite historian.
I think elementals and dragons are too much in a single deck, so I'd remove the elementals except Lyra the Sunshard and Radiant Elemental
I agree with this. Lyra and the Radiants with a stronger dragon set. Historians, Book Wyrms, the other Primal Drake. Not going full with Dragons or Elementals isn't optimal.

Thanks for the advice on this guys, do you for certain think that dragons are the better path, than say full elemental?
Just weighing my options :)
