Well after trying real hard making dragon paladin work with TGT I felt really sad of having it outshined by dragon priest and I just couldn't reliably push to rank 5+
Now that LoE is out and I have been doing some testing. Brann Bronzebeard just makes dragon paladin so much stronger. The double battlecry effects are just so strong. 4 Mana off your next dragon from Dragon Consort, 16 healing from healbot, double coghammer effect, 4 spells from Nefarian!!!! The synergy is just soo goood.
Here is my updated deck with my newest changes and I am having such a blast! Will still make adjustments as needed :)
Does Coghammer give divine shield + taunt to two minions or twice to same one? From what ur writing it seems like the first variant, but did u actually checked it ?:)

If Brann is on the field and I play Coghammer its effect will get put on two minions at random :)
Equality + Wild Pyro is a great combo if you are having a very hard time holding board control but kinda goes against the way the deck functions as you want board control and the deck being very minion heavy. Also no Tirion in a control paladin deck :O Definitely a must for sure!
That Gadgetzan Jouster bugs me in the OP list. This is a deck that is going to grind out to late game given the current meta, giving an opponent 5 life is not that big of a deal for the guaranteed 2/3 on turn 1.
Other than that, it looks solid enough. I'll try it out and see how it handles for me.
Curious to see those who are trying the deck how it is fairing for them? Also would be curious if you made any changes and have felt it to be a positive change!
Onyxia no good and you missing out on Blackwing Corruptor, which are one of the better cards to have in this kind of deck. I also wouldnt run any Redemptions.
Thank you :) this is a very fun deck to play ! I've been playing on the ladder, it's still a little bit complicated against aggro, you really need to get lucky. But what about Dragon Priest ? I have the feeling it's a little more competitive than Dragon Paladin..

Schrödinger's cat walks into a bar... and doesn't.
I found it to work best with the least amount of dragon synergy actually (mainly Blackwing guys). I've basically been just adding dragons to midrange paladin, since I really hate having no token synergy in paladin since it weakens the hero power so much.
The worst part about Dragon Priest is having a hand full of crap you can't play or don't want to because there's no dragon in your hand. So I trimmed that down.
To be honest, Bronn is actually a weak link. But Bronn + Consort feels so good. I got some crazy tempo turns with it. Still, Bronn for another Quartermaster/Keeper of Uldaman or Conc should be better. And when doing that you can remove dragons altogether since there's no point in using Consort right now.
I've been playing some kind of Dragon Paladin since BRM came out (and I was completely hyped by Dragon Consort when it was announced), with decent but average sucess. Then TGT came out and it was obvious that Priest was the only real Dragon class (Warlock is kinda good too).
The mechanics of Dragon Consort and the Paladin class opens another kind of Dragon deck, IMHO. Because of those few things :
Paladin doesn't have good early card draw.
Paladin doesn't have early Dragons.
Volcanic Drake works fine with Pally, but is a bad card anyway.
For those reasons (that may evolve with other expansions), I think Paladin is a worse Dragon Class than Priest, Warlock and even Rogue.
On the other hand, the nature of Dragon Consort seems obvious to me : it's stronger with BIG dragons. So, for it to work properly, I've been tinkering with a standard Control deck, adding Dragon Consort and some late game dragons that will always benefit from the discount. I've been trying Ysera and Chromaggus, Nefarian (played on T10 for 7 mana, you can often play a spell, making him a bigger threat than Ysera) and finally found that Alexstrasza may be the best dragon to be played on turn 7 (both defensively and offensively).
But Alexstrasza is not enough to justify running Dragon Consort. So I had to add other dragons. I've been trying lots of them and finally tried Drakonid Crusher, that ended up being suprisingly good ! At worst, it's a 6/6 for 6. It's a solid body (that really synergises good with the deck) and it comboes really well with Alexstrasza. With Dragon Consort, the Drakonid Crusher can be a 9/9 for 4 mana.
"What about Big Game Hunter ?" You may say. Well, between 2 Drakonid Crusher, Dr. Boom (I didn't wanted him in the deck, but ended up adding him anyway since he's so good and stronger than Chillmaw) and Alexstrasza, you have 4 BGH targets.
It is far from being completely finished and I hope that next expansions will bring new dragons/cards that will improve the deck. I'm still changing cards every now and then to adapt what I face, but I'm really enjoying it. This is not a Dragon Paladin deck, this is a Dragon Consort deck. :)
What about Chillmaw for clearing the board, eventhough I know we have combo Equa+Con or Equa+Pyro. A 6/6 taunt body on board is considerable right?
It never works how you want. Chillmaw works better in something with even more control. Paladin still relies more on board control and minion combat. Chillmaw kills your token too so...
Glad to see everyone talking about their deck and ideas for dragon based paladin decks. They are fun to play and still in the current meta I feel it does pretty decent. My deck from my original post is still the one I am running currently and last season I got to rank 8 playing quite casually with a decent win rate.

In the end, this is a really minion-based control deck, where you want to maintain control of the board (thanks to high tempo minions like Zombie Chow, Shielded Minibot, Keeper of Uldaman, Tuskarr Jouster ...) throughout the game to finish with big creatures (Tirion Fordring, Alexstrasza, Dr. Boom).
Here is my deck :

Han Solo dies
Out of curiousity, how does this fair against Secret Paladin and/or Midrange Druid?
Howdy! [cardimg=gold ]Card Name[ /cardimg] (no space)
Hey, how's it going?
What's poppin,' player?
While I don't doubt that Brann is indeed a very powerful card combined with many in your deck, it is one card in a deck of 30.
I don't doubt it is fun to play, but is it really working much better than the mid-range pally shell its shell is based on?
