I second the Knife Juggler suggestion. It's too good to leave out of a token deck. You might also want to think about running Cult Master, as it lets you draw when your tokens (inevitably) die.
Are you choosing paladin solely because their hero power makes a 1/1 "token"? The shaman hero power makes toeksn and might be a better fit because of Bloodlust. Only searing totem can attack on its own; but your raid leaders and blood lusts would allow the 0/2 totems to attack. If you're not concerned about synergizing with your hero power then druid may be the best choice for it's ability to buff large groups of minions via Savage Roar and Soul of the Forest
Also Holy Light is a pretty bad card. I would play Darkscale Healer if you want healing power that can hit your minions.
I'm playing with this deck in ladder and i'm getting good results. What is your opinion? You would change something?

Add knife juggler and con/equality this will help take out some minions and will let you attack to the face with yours
Blessing of Kings fits better than Holy Light in this deck.
I would try to replace Lord of the Arena with Sunwalker. Also, the Equality/Consecration combo is strong in any Paladin deck.
How do you deal with boardclearing spells? How do you clear boards yourself, or is early minion spam not an issue at the moment?
