It's purely a matter of opinion what the best paladin deck is, everyone has different playstyles and runs at least slightly different decks (for the most part). That being said, the most popular style for paladin is control based around equality, with a strong late game. Here is the deck I run, it is designed to go toe-to-toe with late game decks, and outlast rushes. If I had the dust I would trade a yeti for sylvanus, a spellbreaker for tinkmaster and perhaps something else for rag. 

However, paladin can also run a fairly effective rush deck based around knife juggler, argent protector, sword of justice and divine favor. 

@Jiinn83 Does that deck work? Its quite expensive for my taste but I really enjoy pally so its a possibility... What's the win ratio of it?

Do you know what meta means? because I really doubt its a 90% win ratio in the current meta that's for sure

I'm running something similar, and I really like it. Do you really need the holy light? I guess it's a personal preference thing.
