I've recently been toying around with some attempts at an Elemental Paladin deck, and it turns out to actually be a really solid deck! Open to lots of tech choices based on your meta, and it feels great to discover a Tirion or Ragnaros with your early-mid game minions. Eater of Secrets is also now finally a great tech card with all the various Mage and Paladin builds on the ladder. Enjoy!
I just made a similar deck as you OP and it's been super fun! Really love getting rag off servant and stonehills.. I don't have tirion or Tarim but if I did I would run them.
The one thing that has been really really helpful is Smuggler's Run! Giving your elementals in your hand +1+1 is insane! Also turns Stoneshaper into a 4-6 and priests have a really hard time removing it. Even a dragon fire potion hit the divine shield.
Given the speed of the meta (i.e. any non-control deck can kill you by turn 5), maybe the mini frost elemental (the 2/1 for 1 that freezes something) could be an option.

Building Quirky Decks Every Week, Loving Life at Rank 15!
Looks fine, but I'd definitely run a natural Tirion Fordring, Sunkeeper Tarim and Ragnaros, Lightlord as well as a second Hydrologist in it. Removing 2xIgneous Elemental, Eater of Secrets and either 1x Tol'vir Stoneshaper or Fire Plume Phoenix should do it.

Do you really think that you must run Igneous?
I only run one.. two seems like much. He is almost like a trigger backup. I think he could be switched for another elemental.
