So I've gotten to a pretty good point, the decks honestly right on the cusp of being strong enough to stand in the meta easily.
Best match ups
Priest or non aggressive control 80-90% win rate
Good matchups
reno decks, druid, midrange decks 55-70% win rate
bad match ups
Very fast aggro like 35-55%
what i'd like to do is be able to amp up its win rate vs aggro if only by a bit without sacrificing too much. Barnes was originally my answer because he can put down tirion, rag, emperor, etc and give me a chance to heal for a second. argent hoarse rider was mostly to have some rush for vsing pirate 2 and 3 health minions and late game burst if I don't use them and they get a lot of buffs.
Any suggestion will be tired if I have the cards for it. btw the one fight promoter is because I can do a brann/fight promoter combo to come back late game or shut people out, it usually activates a lot of the time anyways so its just good draw power and way to get to my end game cards in harder match ups.
And no consecrate because it offers 0 tempo and can't kill anything but pirates 1 drops, everything else has 3 hp and the same with shaman.
also to explain barnes viability, most of the time he is pulling a 1/1 draw a card a 1/1 with divine shield or a 1/1 with a good effect. I generally will mulligan for the battle cries so it lessens the chance of getting just a flat 1/1 from barnes which at the same time is still a split yeti
I'd take out barnes, too many minions with no real value.
Besides that, Is there any reason of why you didn't add Don Han Cho?
he's another brick against aggro, don han cho is basically over kill when you have the c'thun engine. But yeah i could play him, but all it would do is make my win rate vs priest go up maybe another 5%.
but currently barnes gets good enough value to warrant me keeping him, if he gets buffed, he's a 5/6 value turn 4 which is pretty good on its own. If he lands anything that isn't a flat 1/1 with no effect he's instantly well worth it. and like I said, i'll usually mulligan for 3-4 of my 1-3 cost battle cries early on meaning they won't be part of the 14 of so good cards that barnes can pull. not to say though, 1/1s trade pretty good into annoying pirate 1 hp mobs.
Tried my best, I'm a big fan of Ancient of Blossoms in Handbuffadin decks and Ivory Knight can get really insane with Brann Bronzebeard...Wickerflame Burnbristle is a given in Handbuffadin, but I assume you don't have him since you didn't include him? (I don't have him either :P) Crazed Worshipper should also help you combat aggro decks while being great targets for buffs.
I removed some of your draw/cycle by taking out the Loot Hoarders and the Fight Promoter, but I think you should handle fine without those as long as you run some more high value drops like the ones I added. The Crazed Worshippers will hopefully make up for the removal of the Beckoner of Evils in regards to buffing C'Thun and I don't think you'll consistently hit good enough targets with Barnes for him to be worth a spot, also removed Emperor Thaurissan as I don't really see any use for him besides the occasional Brann Bronzebeard combo, but without the Fight Promoter the rest of the combos are quite cheap anyways.
This seems better than the Handbuffadin deck I'm running atm, but that is mostly just for fun by trying to get the Doppelgangsters as big as possible, I will try this now though :)

What is Hearthstone to you? A fun and semi-competitive game with wacky effects and crazy RNG outcomes or just a card game you wanna grind as many wins you can get as fast as possible in?
It's been working out quite well for me so far, I'm running 1 Sen'jin Shieldmasta instead of the Wickerflame Burnbristle and usually do very good against aggro decks, they can't handle all these buffed up taunts^^
Very often I seem to win games without needing C'Thun, but C'Thun has certainly won some games for me as well, MVP of the deck I think must be Ancient of Blossoms. I will try to trade out 1 Ivory Knight for a Fight Promoter, not because I often run out of steam, but because I wanna crush Priests even when they have the perfect answer every turn :P My worst matchup has been Miracle Rogue, not sure how to improve it when I'm already running this much taunt (Damn Sap!)

Yeah I've played the deck a bunch more now and can conclude that it actually sucks, or at least I now hate playing with it :P
If you ever face up against a minion you have to remove that turn, but you don't have strong board control you've lost on the spot. Cards like Frothing Berserker, Questing Adventurer and Ragnaros the Firelord are often just auto-win against this deck, very frustrating to play a control deck with so little removal!^^
So...the deck is fun when you're winning and pretty great vs Pirate Warrior as long as you can remove Frothing Berserker You'll usually win vs Priest decks too, it can feel very frustrating as they have so many good answers, but eventually they run out and you win as long as they haven't discovered Ysera with their Netherspite Historian, the Priest matchup takes a loooong fucking time though, usually goes through their/your whole deck before it ends :P Jade Druid also get pretty wrecked, even if you can't answer their Fandral Staghelm you'll usually just grind them out and overrun them eventually.
Miracle Rogue is a really tough matchup, Midrange Shaman can be easy sometimes, but if they run 2x Hex and you don't win before they throw down Ragnaros the Firelord you can have a really bad time, also Tunnel Trogg behind Feral Spirit can be auto-loss. Dragon Warrior can be tough, especially if they run and get to play Ragnaros the Firelord.
I haven't faced many reno decks, but both Reno Mage and Renolock seem like pretty good matchups so the deck does have a lot of good matchups, but you feel so hopeless when you lose against single cards due to not having hard removal so I'm fed up with this deck now^^

just seems like way too many small drops, if i wasn't playing the c'thun engine i'd probably add those, but for now I'm trying to keep it basic. What the deck needs is class specific 2 mana or 3 mana taunts.

well thats the nature of the game. pally unfortunately has no spot removal, other wise it would be being played in this deck. So, imo this deck will have to wait until next set since it literally loses almost nothing.
I included PyroQuality as removal, but there's also QualityRation as removal too.
I think that if you wanna run Equality combos you'll have to add in more card draw both in order to draw the combo pieces together so it actually works as removal and in order to still get enough value out of the handbuffs. Not sure exactly what tweaks I'd make in order to make that work, but I think it might involve taking out the Truesilver Champions in order to contain some of the handbuffing value.
You are adding 4 cards that have no benefit from the handbuffs and the draw cards will naturally be less defensive while also lowering the tempo of the deck even further so maybe take out some of the late game like Ragnaros, Lightlord and the Ivory Knights. That would make it harder to ensure victory against the faster decks after you throw down the big taunts, they can still reach you with spells so the heal is kinda necessary and we've only removed 5 cards so far, 4 for the combo pieces and 1 for card draw, I think you need more card draw than that, probably 3 more and then I have a very hard time not ruining the C'Thun synergy in the deck.....idk if C'Thun is really necessary though....but then it would become a pretty different deck :P

You have too many big drops and no comeback mechanic. You have to either lower your curve or to add aoes and doomsayers.Your deck could work in more slow and control based meta(lol right XD) but it can't work in this or even in the previous metas. You hand will be cluncky (many high costed cards) in the majority of your games and once you are behind with this deck, you can't come back.
I took a crack at making a Handbuffadin deck with Equality + Consecration for the removal and Small Time Recruits to thin out the deck a whole lot (four of the six 1-drops cycle).

I see what you are saying. The theory is that this would add small drops and some heal vs. aggressive decks while also adding 7 card draw which will make you able to get c'thun out a lot faster vs. decks you need it. Haven't tried it in practice so, might work, might not.

loot hoarder and acolyte were the original choices to add extra draw. you'd be surprised how often I don't need the extra draw because I just play on curve. and then it'll be turn 8 or 9 when i actually need to draw and then i have fight promoter
Loot Hoarder isn't card draw. You play a card to draw a card. You get advantage only it also costs your opponent a card, which is rare. Same thing goes for Acolyte since Paladin can rarely use him for getting 2 cards.
Card draw is overrated if you don't have it easily (Warlock power, Mage cards) so I would emphasize on getting good trades with my cards.

my potential thought for change was
-2 hoarse riders for

if i ever get them

I usually try to play Grimestreet Outfitter or Smuggler's Run on T2 as long as I have a 3-drop to play next turn (there's 10 of em so I usually do), I try to get at least 2 buffs on Acolyte of Pain to make sure it draws at least twice and I mostly use Brann Bronzebeard with either Ivory Knight or Twin Emperor Vek'lor, but also sometimes with Grimestreet Outfitter or Disciple of C'Thun.

Looks a lot better than your previous versions.
Have you thought about trying to fit 2 Mistress of Mixtures 2 Runic Egg 2 Meanstreet Marshal 1 Small-Time Recruits?
Here's mine version, it's pretty decent among the games (45% winrate):
Let me know what you think about it, and enjoy if you use it!
Yeah I've played the deck a bunch more now and can conclude that it actually sucks, or at least I now hate playing with it :P

Truesilver Champion is so slow and get stopped by taunt, Disciple of C'Thun only deal 2 damage unless you "sacrifice" Brann Bronzebeard to make it deal 4 instead and Argent Horserider relies on being buffed up first and is also stopped by taunt.
So...the deck is fun when you're winning and pretty great vs Pirate Warrior as long as you can remove Frothing Berserker
