Here we have we have a Mage deck in which pretty much EVERY SINGLE CARD focused on beating everyone's most hated deck, Big Priest aka Barnes Priest aka Big EZ Priest aka come on Blizzard did you really have to print ANOTHER resurrect card!?! Each card pretty much falls into just three categories. Poly/transform cards, give your opponent a shit minion cards and finally cards that can discover more Poly cards! In the straight Poly department we have Potion of Polymorph and Polymorph: Boar along with Tinkmaster Overspark and the actual card Polymorph.  Arcanologists helps grab potions from the deck and Arcane Keysmiths can pull them directly into play. As for giving our opponent garbage we start on turn one with a couple "Zombie Chows", Saronite Taskmaster & Gravelsnout Knight. The dragon duo of Marsh Drake & Hungry Dragon also help our opponent's Resurrect pool nicely. The last class of cards in the deck are the discovers including the new Firetree Witchdoctor along with Primordial Glyph & Ethereal Conjurer. The deck includes basically two cards for the rest of the field to give you SOME chance of winning a non-Barnes match-up. Both these cards can work well when giving your opponent random 1-health minions, Mind Control Tech & Frost Lich Jaina.

I thought this would be a salt thread about some new barnes mage deck

I'm missing a few cards, and I'm doing pretty good against Big Priest with my Reno Mage anyway, but I'll craft what I'm missing for this deck just to pray on Big Priests and make their experience miserable lol

I never hated Big Priest but this is still quite funny :-P

Used this a few times today, a lot of fun to play although I still haven't faced a priest... lmao. Although potion of poly on Lynessa was pretty funny.

  I like such deck creations. Definitely fun. I made a sheep deck using all the polymorphs without the other creature giving effects and that alone wins over 50% against big priest.

So i did go more focus to the dragon pack. More tempo but less creature giving. Saronite´s hinder your tempo. Tinkmaster is cool but will acutally be not realy good here.  Also Lacking board control if getting swarmed can cost you games (and you add more creatures).  Next you need more fodder to trade into marsh drakes that are serious tempo. So it´s Netherspite here. 

So the deck will play and feel like the original but i think perform stronger. Big priests will still suffer.

We all hate Barnes, but his days are numbered. The devs have him at the top of their "watch list" and are likely to nerf him a few weeks after the expansion. I expect Barnes to get bumped to 5 or 6 mana.
