1) is cool but really underwhelming. Most of the quests have been a complete game winner, something to strive for. Im almost certain that it will be a secret synergy.
neither effect is back breaking. what would be back breaking would be "give all of your spells draw a card" or "make an additional copy of every spell in your deck." Neither of those effects could just end a game. the only quest that doesn't either outvalue the opponent or outright kill them on the spot would be the paladin one, and even that one could just end a game on its own. another example would be "fill your hand with arcane missiles/fireballs/frostbolts."
All of the quests so far have been 5 mana so its safe to assume this will be too. Also I agree that it should be elementals because they didnt make an elemental quest for shaman and without a quest they wont be played in any class but shaman.
I'm really hoping it's a non minion enchantment like Nether Portal or Sherazin that has the same effect as summoning stone.
This would actually be pretty awesome. Obviously OP, but probably on par with the other quest rewards. So long as the quest requires some interesting deckbuilding, so you can't just stick it into any old mage deck as a value finisher. I like it :)
Today in my free brawl pack I got Barongeddon, then I had a cup of fresh green tea. As a result of that, I think Priest is OP because my keyboard is not a mechanical one. I hope Blizzard will address this issue.
Nah it will be summoning elementals I guarantee it. Maybe reward will be perma mana discount, or a minion with a high +spell dmg amount (5-cost, 5/5, elemental that gives +5 spell damage)

Yeah, I really think it will be elementals.
I think they also said in one of the streams that that wasn't gonna be any more portal type cards other then the two we've seen.
