Yes, I missed hunter in the meta.. I know what people think about saying tat you missed hunter in the meta, but that's the truth. I've never been a huge fan of the class, but I did enjoy some midrange hunter decks.. and now there are so many different builds you can make with hunter, and they are all pretty much solid.. Without Reno in the meta, they have one of the most oppressive game plan in the game.. they have situational game swings and have good builds for both more aggressive or more control decks..
And the thing is, I am not playing hunter that much.. It's just that I realized now that I missed playing aggainst hunter (ok, it is very easy to regret these words), but right now they are strong but definetly beatable, and I am glad we are back on having 8 (or 9) classes again.. at least for now, who knows how the meta will settle..
Anyone else has the same feeling or is everybody forever hating the class because of the SMOrc?
Yeah, it feels good having 8 classes be viable on ladder. It means your more likely to experience different decks and classes. If paladin had better decks then we'd have one of the most diverse and balanced metas in this game's history.
I enjoy it more than Aggro Shaman and Pirate Warrior, as long as we don't talk about Undertaker Hunter days. So compared to other aggressive decks, it's not bad to face

Paladin is viable, you can make a decent midrange deck, the 2/6 buff is quite strong as well
You can try hand buff with elementals, or taunt midrange paladin (with some hand buff)
@DoubleSummon; Agreed, Paladin actually seems pretty good right now. Murloc Aggro also seems decent as an option, though I feel like Midrange is probably the best list once the meta settles.
I missed Midrange Hunter and Midrange Paladin a lot after the last couple of metas, they feel super honest in their current state and that's a lot of fun to play against. On top of that we randomly have Handlock as an arguably viable list again and Control Priest that does a bunch of shenanigans, it feels like we're back some of the classics this rotation.

Yes, Midrange Hunter sure have made a comeback. I can't wait to see some more Hunter presence in tournaments, and generally in ladder. This expansion has been a great breeze of fresh air.
Midrange Hunter is actually really good right now, I made it to top 10 on EU with it just a few days ago. :D (and it's really damn cheap too, you need no legendaries and only 2-4 epic's depending on your build)

Hunter is keeping Quest Rogue at bay.
I agree. It is a welcome change from the Jade / Reno / Pirate meta.
Hunter is my favorite class, so I'm thrilled that Rexxar's back.
Forgive me, friend. I have failed.
