King Togwaggle is a tricky card to make use of as the stats are poor and it's not always clear you want to switch decks with your opponent. Add the fact that they can switch back whenever they want makes it even more puzzling. This deck tries to deny the ransom payment by filling/milling the opponent's hand with cards like Naturalize, Coldlight Oracle, Dancing Swords, and even King Mukla. The card draw continues with Wrath, Branching Paths, Bright-Eyed Scout, Harrison Jones and The Curator. The hope here is if our deck is small enough that would be reason enough for the swap! Clockwork Giant & Mountain Giant give the deck some pop and they will commonly be 3-4 mana.
Why no Hoarding Dragon and Deathlord to complete the milling theme? I was thinking of creating a similar deck which also included The Darkness. Might this be the deck where it could work?
EDIT: I watched your videos. I understand your deck a bit better. You want the Ransom spell to get burned and leave a crappy deck for your opponent. I like it!!!!

If you mill the candles Darkness will never become active. The Darkness does not work in mill decks.
