I have a Top 10 Legendary Most Wanted list, but decided to take a look at my epic holdings for cards I have no copies of. I figure two might get crafted when the new season kicks in.
Wanted to get input from the community. I mainly play Priest, Paladin, Mage and occasionally Hunter.
1. Blubber Baron (All, Gadgetzan) – Battlecries stack, and great for various decks.
2. Cabalist Tome (Mage, Old Gods) – Fewer minions providing spells.
3. Dirty Rat (All, Gadgetzan) – Ruins battlecries and OTK decks; might be worth investment. Might be detriment vs. some quest decks.
4. Call of the Wild (Hunter, Old Gods) – Still appears dominant. Will hunter be?
5. Fight Promoter (All, Gadgetzan) – Big health minions on some Un’Goro decks.
6. Faceless Shambler (All, Old Gods)– Finds its way into decks; Un'Goro should have big minions to choose from.
7. Crazed Worshipper (All, Old Gods) – Only C’Thun card I’m missing; pain in the arse. Will C'Thun still be a consideration?
8. Brawl (Warrior, Classic) – One of the big cards I’m missing from considering Warrior decks.
9. Preparation – (Rogue, Classic) Major missing card in Rogue, but seems you would need two.
10. Spellbender – (Mage, Classic) Secret Mage may be a thing in Un’Goro, and this has thwarted me in past.
11. Mana Geode (Priest, Gadgetzan) – Falls as not classified as an elemental. Yet.
12. Mindgames (Priest, Classic) – Replacement for Convert in Thief decks? No battlecry effects though, and probably only seen a handful of times.
I actually have a Blubber Baron, and I have no idea why it isn't used already. Regardless, it will be BUSTED if you have it in hand when the Hunter quest goes off.

Tier 1 - Brawl, Dirty Rat, Preparation, Cabalist's Tome
- these are all very strong cards, but a couple notes. 1) control warrior is currently in a bad place, but its a deck that's been historically good throughout Hearthstone's lifespan, and I would expect it will come back eventually, and if so, Brawl is Tier 1. 2) Cabalist's Tome might take a hit because all of the most common Mage archetypes are losing a major card or two with the rotation and its not clear yet what may emerge, and so Mage in general might be weak in Un'goro, but its still a high value card if a Mage deck that can make use of it remains or becomes viable. 3) While Dirty Rat is most commonly found in Reno decks, which may not survive the loss of Reno, he has the potential to remain relevant as a counter to quests which bestow minions rather than spells, as well as a combo breaker (for whatever combo decks remain viable with the rotation of Emperor Thaurissan (and Aviana)). he also sees play in control/anti-aggro warrior. 4) Prep may not be as commonly run if Rogue shifts away from the miracle style, but it still probably remains a viable card, if not necessarily an auto-include, even in that event
Tier 2 - Faceless Shambler, Call of the Wild
- Faceless Shambler mainly sees play in Renolock, and with its viability post rotation in question, it probably doesn't quite rise to Tier 1 status. it does also occasionally pop up in Priest too though, and if handbuff decks for whatever reason suddenly become viable, it could potentially find a home in some of them as well. and with a bunch of 8/8 quest minions coming, it could benefit from them as well if they stick to the board. CotW is still a really strong card, and may see more play as a finisher if Un'goro makes Hunter viable again.
Tier 3 - Fight Promoter, Crazed Worshiper - see some niche play, would only craft for very specific decks (though as with Faceless Shambler, Fight Promoter probably also gets a buff with the big quest minions, if they stick a turn)
Tier 4 - Blubber Baron, Spellbender, Mana Geode, Mindgames - these cards just aren't good, would not craft unless you're really wanting to play some specific gimmick deck (in the case of Blubber Baron; i'm not sure the other 3 even rise to the level of gimmick-worthy)

Yeah I got this once on a Drakonid Operative. Was impressed. And knew I had to save a proper spell.

yikes, i hadn't thought of blubber baron with the hunter quest. that's actually a really good - and really scary - point. i don't know if you can fit both that and CotW in a hunter quest deck (and its entirely possible a hunter quest deck doesn't want CotW, but it seems strong to me as a follow up to a turn where you have a few raptors stick, as they're bound to eventually), but both actually seem like potentially strong inclusions depending on how you want to build it

Thanks for the rundown. I've put Brawl atop the list since I landed Malkorok and Hobart recently in packs, and control warrior appears to be the direction in Un'Goro.
I found fatigue warriors challenging to play but assumed it boring to play. Ran Dragon Warrior for daily quests. But not having Brawl made things tough.
/made an account to get the Shaman skin -- lands Brawl on its first pack. My luck.

Brawl prep and rat are good,
mind games and Barron are total garbage
rest are also bad don't waste your dust
Faceless shamble is worthless without reno and call might be too slow but could be ok
