I was super wrong about the Hunter quest known as The Marsh Queen. I thought this card was going to see play in tier 1 midrange decks in addition to Stampede. While Hunter has been pretty good so far, I was wrong about both cards being good.
I also thought Elemental Shaman decks were going to be at least tier 2 because of cards like Blazecaller, Tol'vir Stoneshaper, and Kalimos, Primal Lord. It just seems like they are too slow though mainly because Pirate Warrior and now Quest Rogue dominate the meta and will usually kill you by turn 6.
I was right about Miracle Rogue being good in this expansion. I stated that Razorpetal Lasher and Sherazin were going to be great in Miracle Rogue decks and I was right.
I was also right about Lakarri Sacrifice not being good either. I just didn't see how the quest was even that good or how it fit discolock at all.
There are some other cards that were pretty obvious that I was right about but I wanna hear from you guys as well.
Honestly, I was super excited for Lakkari Sacrifice, although that may have been more of a case of hoping it would be good than thinking it would.
I also thought that Sherazin, Corpse Flower and The Caverns Below would be trash. Guess I was wrong about those. I'm really happy I was wrong though because miracle rogue is awesome!
Redemption time: I actually thought Lyra the Sunshard would be pretty good, and sure enough she is! Huzzah!
I thought Sherazin was the worst legendary printed since the Boogeymonster or whatever it's called. How wrong I was, lol. I also expected DiscoLock to be pretty busted with the quest and Zavas. Crazy how things are so much different in practice than in theory.
Hit the mark on the rogue quest and Lyra, that's all I cared about.

Look, I want to tell you something because you're very dear to me. And I hope you understand that it comes from the bottom of my damaged, damaged heart. You are the finest piece of ass I've ever had and I don't care who knows it. I am so glad that I got to roam those hillsides.
Severely underestimated Stonehill Defender. Didn't expect it to be such a staple in quest warrior with Tar Creeper around. Speaking of it, I might have overestimated Tar Creeper a bit. Still a good card and usable in a lot of decks, but I expected the Elementals to be more impactful.
I could try to think of more cards I under/overestimated, but I'm not much of a "card is good/bad" kind of guy, I'm more of a "card is cool/boring" guy, so I didn't look so much on the usability of the cards as I tried to guess on the archetypes. I expected both Elementals and Jade Druid/Shaman to see a bit more play, and expected the quest rogue to be a cool but gimmicky deck, as I thought the quest was good, but expected aggro to really make the quest fall into the "hipster" area (still think it's one of the coolest aggro deck created when you don't get the godlike openers, as it actually can make you think on how to spend your resources [godlike openers are pretty boring though]).

The pleasant dreams I once had were obliterated by the meta...

Raptor Hatchling Looked like a really good card, a 2/1 with a good upside. Haven't seen anybody (myself included) ever get to play the patriarch

I thought Vinecleaver and Lightfused Stegodon were dogshit but they're actually pretty solid! Been having a lot of fun playing paladin.
That's Incredible!
