I've been playing a fair bit of deathrattle hunter recently (sorry to all of you that aren't keen on the deck) and I've been feeling less and less convinced by including candleshot in my decklist. Mostly because I'm seeing fewer paladin decks, but also because it doesnt cleanly kill many other minions by itself and smarter players typically already play around it when they can.
It's definitely not a terrible card to include, but I'm coming around to the idea of switching it up for something else (second stiched tracker or wing blast for example, maybe even nerubian unraveller). I know that decklists should be tweaked towards personal preferences and the meta that you're facing yourself, but I figured I'd float the idea here so that some of you can put me straight as to why you believe it should still be included.
It is a one of in my "main" DR Hunter decks. It only becomes a two of in the Anti-Aggro builds, but is completely dropped in the Anti-Control builds.
Don't be afraid to go with your gut and replace it. All of the choices you suggest have merit. I always run two Stitched Tracker's. Finding Katreena is often game winning.
What makes it weaker is that it's primarily used with Hunter's Mark, and post-nerf Hunter's Mark can't be used alongside Keleseth.
For an anti-Giant build you'll drop the Keleseth and run Candleshot with Hunter's Marks, but if you don't care about countering Giants, aggro, or Paladin then Candleshot is completely droppable.
Candleshot is a good card, but there are some cards better. If your running Prince Keleseth, you can't put Hunter's Mark, which severely weakens the power of Candleshot. You said you were considering putting Nerubian Unraveler, a better tech card could be [card/Mojomaster Zihi[/card], but if you don't have him, use the nerubian.
Candleshot is great for a deck/hero power that doesn't have a lot of early board presence to help smooth over value trades and ping off stuff. I run two and definitely wouldn't cut one. Does a lot of important stuff, sets up rexxar for a full clear, knocks divine shield off a corspetaker so you can flanking strike, Very strong against midrange hunter and zoolock. That one extra reach comes in handy with trades all the time and worst case scenario it's 1 mana 3 face damage.
I already run two stitched trackers in my list.

Thanks in advance!
