When The Grand Tournament departs from Standard one day, what do you guys think,is Blizzard going to implement some other card to replace hero powers with better ones or is that going to be the end of 4 Heal/4 Armor/2 1/1 Silver Hand Recruits etc.... What do you guys think ?
I think they'll turn Justicar into several cards, because right now only 3 are ever used ( Mostly 2, though, to be honest, haven't seen a Paladin use it in ages ) because the card simply doesn't fit into anything but the most controllish deck, but also because affecting every hero power the same way ( Doubling its effect, mostly ) isn't always the good thing.
For example rogue doesn't want a more powerful HP in the lategame, it wants an alternate hero power, that doesn't make it take ludicrous amounts of damage for 1 measly damage, on top of the fact it'll probably float enough mana to hero power every turn. Giving a 1/2 or even 1/1 weapon that doesn't make you take damage, or make it a 3/1 would make more sense than a 2/2.
And several classes simply can't afford playing that card as a 6 mana 6/3.

I think that Justicar can be added to the classic set because it being a neutral minion that merely upgrades your hero power, is potentially a win for all classes. Sure, some classes would not benefit much from this addition, but i think that it would still be worthwhile to add it in because of the potential benefits to all classes of the upgraded hero power, whether Justicar is being played much in that class or not.
Bliz wants to make control better than aggro. Because it's running more legendary/epics. Warrior and priest are "control" classes of game. I think they can move her to classic. And she is only good legendary in tgt
Pretty sure Blizzard has never said anything about moving any cards into Classic, so no matter how much people want to keep their shiny cards, it's not gonna happen.
How will control decks cope with the loss of Justicar? Same way they've coped with the loss of Chow, Belcher, Healbot, Loatheb and Boom. Play other cards.
should be 7 mana if it would ever move to the classic/expert set imho
Why? It's not even good enough for 2/3 of the classes as it is if anything it should be reduced to 5 mana to make it less shit in everything that isn't warrior and priest which don't give a damn what turn they end up playing justicar on anyway.

I'm here to kick ass and play cards, and I'm all out of ass.
There was an interview of Senior Game Designer Mike Donais and Game Designer Peter Whalen from IGN two months ago, just a little after the first annoucement :
Quote from Mike Donais and Peter Whalen »
Maybe in the future cards from wild only sets that people really liked could become basic cards. Probably not a card like Sludge Belcher though.
They will never turn a card scheduled to be rotated out into a "classic" just to keep it. I don't know why people keep even suggesting it. The whole point of standard is for a constantly evolving meta. I doubt they will ever "reprint" cards.. but if they do make cards with similar effects, they won't do it the same expansion it rotated out. Loetheb 2.0 or healbot 2.0 wouldn't have been made this go round.. but maybe in the future.. and something like justicar wouldn't be for another year after it rotated out.... if ever.. you have to remember wild is still a thing.. and reprints mean you can really exploit certain effects

Did Blizzard print loatheb, healbot 2.0? If Blizzard decide to reprint, those cards are more likely to be reprinted than justicar ever is.

Justicar Trueheart better be added. What will we wallet warriors do?
If it gets reprinted, it should be exclusive to priest.

The man who got 4 The Boogeymonster from packs and thinks about playing Yogg-Saron, Hope's End decks.
