Scenario: You, a Fatigue Warrior, have played at least 2/3rds of your deck (with about 65-70% of it being spells) and have reached this massive 60 Armor ontop of your 25 Health (You took a couple of hits in the early game) Whispers just released so you decide to switch out Elise Starseeker for our new friend Yogg-Saron. It's now the Tenth turn and you've had Yogg-Saron in your hand for 3 turns now.
You Drop him, with doing some quick statistics, We can assume that there's going to be AT LEAST 30 New Spells (so 250 is not a bad estimate) about half of the total card pool Targets Enemies, Target You or Target Friendlies (with helpful effect). On the other side of things, about less than half can target anything.
Considering there is at least 22 Secrets spread across 3 Classes (Mage, Hunter, Paladin) Not accounting for Standard or the fact that Whispers may release new Secrets, out of the 250 Guesstimate I stated earlier It's about a 9% chance of getting a Secret. So:
Somehow, in all of your infinite praying, You manage to get 6 Secrets out of the entire Yogg-saron Battlecry. Does the last one fizzle? Or does it become the Sixth Secret to the Christmas Tree? What would happen if all 22 Spells you casted managed to catch every single secret? Would every single one after the 5th Fizzle and disappear?
TL;DR If you were to get more than 5 Secrets from Yogg-Saron would every secret afterwards fizzle?
I'm almost certain that the limit for secrets in play on one hero is 5, I remember experimenting with Mysterious Challenger (before it was actually a thing. Trust me it was nothing like secret Paladin is right now) with Eye for an Eye and the other 5 secrets just to see for myself. Only 5 came into play (even though there were 6 remaining in my deck).
Wow, it turns from a christmas tree to something I fought against in Gradius.
So yeah, Yogg can leave you with as many secrets as he dumps at you. Know that he CAN pull copies it seems, so you can get fizzles if he, say, tries to double Duplicate you.
Also it sounds like he can also give secrets to your opponent. TREES FOR EVERYONE!!!
I think you can get 1 of each secret. I'm 90% sure that you could have every paladin secret then get mage secrets too with kezan mystic. But you would definately fizzle if you got the same secret 2x
secret wont fizzle, as provided there can be infinite amount of secrets in play as long as there not the same secret, so yes you can have all 22, most likely as it is possible to get more then 6 now, so it should be in the games engine

Pretty sure it would fizzle.

If an answer isn't readily available, it may be worth it to try to Kezan an enemy secret while having 5 of your own, see if having 6 is possible.

At 2:48 It is shown minions can add secrets past 5.

One does not simply walk into Mordor,
unless they want to be the best they can be.
The way I see it, Yogg tries to follow the rules (Follow ze rules!) and if it fails, it fizzles.
For example, it'll try to cast Backstab on a minion and never a hero. But if there is no damaged minion, it fizzles and uses up one of the spells.
It'll try to summon a Secret for you, but you already have 5, so I assume it'll fizzle.
