This is Dog's List of "The Rin Condition". Has fairly good matchups across the board, however does seem to struggle against Raza Priest. I hope you enjoy!

Mulligans- Aggro: Keep Defile, Homunculus, and early clears.
Control- Mulligan for Weapon, and Librarian
