IStarting off, I'm a multiple times Legend "casual" player. I got today from rank 10 to rank 3 with the deck losing only 3 games in total, mainly to Reno Jackson.

This deck is crazy. It can kill really fast and is also able to win longer games thanks to new and OP Aluneth. You just play it and overload your opponent with your burn. The other addition from the new expansion is Explosive Runes. Pulling it off Mad Scientist always feels awesome. It gives you the ability to keep board control and still push damage in the face.

I can't recommend you more to check the deck out.

Edit1: Wow, guys, the deck is the mostly played one according to hsreplay.net

Edit2: I've hit legend playing all the way from rank 10 with this deck. I tracked win/loses from rank 3 - 32/17 - 65% win ratio.

Proof

Changes done on my way to Legend:

I often felt that I need just a bit of reach to win the game, and Oracle does provide that. Medivh's Valet was often disappointing when i didnt have Mad Scientist. Arcanologist quickly becomes a River Crocolisk with only 4 secrets in the deck.

As a I got few qustions about gameplay, there's a general guide for the deck:

Try to get on board as soon as possible. If you are sure you are playing aganist rush deck like Pirate Warrior or Aggro Druid, you want to outtempo them and you use most of your burn on their creatures. I've won all of my games aganist Pirate Warrior, but i feel like I was a bit lucky. Druid can be more annyoing, because of higher amount of creatures, but it's still winable. You have to know when it's better to try to race(and this deck is pretty good at it with 2x Ice Block and a really high amount of burn), but you should try to keep the board clean as long as it's profitable for you(when opponent has few big creatures on board, you can't really do anything about it). Aganist decks with heal like Reno Jackson, you have to be patient. Actually, you are able to do 30 damage in one turn from hand with your spells and Sorcerer's Apprentice, but most of the time you want to get them to ~20 life and kill them from there in one turn. The deck may seem to be very fast forward, but indeed it can be really tricky to play.

Hope you can do as good as I did with the deck :)
