With the release of the new recruit mechanic with Kobolds and Catacombs I decided I would try and solve the Master Oakheart puzzle, this led me down a dark rabbit hole and this deck is what came out the other side, what I would call a chain reaction deck. Something that hasn't really occurred fully in Hearthstone yet.
This deck has many intertwining elements triggering various effects, which I will try my best to illustrate below.
Master Oakheartcan recruit the following minions:
1 Attack Minions:
2 Attack Minions:
3 Attack Minions:
Dragonhatcher can recruit the following minions:
Silver Vanguard can recruit the following minions:
Grizzled Guardian can recruit the following minions:
Hadronox can bring back the following minions:
N'Zoth, the Corruptor can bring back the following minions:
Deathwing, Dragonlord can put into play:
Slight error in your description:
Silver Vanguard can recruit Grizzled Guardian, not another Silver Vanguard
Cheers for that pick up. I will fix that one up. There were so many interactions to try keep track of lol.
Ive been playing a lot of this deck and it is really fun but its really hard to use against really aggro decks
I am glad you are enjoying the deck, I wasn't really sure how it would handle on ladder when I theorycrafted it before the expansion. I just saw a lot of overlapping mechanics and wanted to piece together the puzzle to optimise the interactions.
As for aggro you could look into replacing branching paths with either swipe or spreading plague. However spreading plague does have a negative interaction with Hadronoxx.
