Freeze all of their void singularities, and draw when you can. When the void singularity gets really big, remove it with Polymorph or BGH. Do chip damage with your minions throughout the game, and then turn 7-10 blast them with burn spells. Vaporize is much more effective when Patches is out of their deck.

Edit: If slower decks start to show up more, I've found that -1 Coldwraith +1 Medivh, the Guardian works great for extra value.

Edit 2: It seems like Blizzard fixed the "Deck not Valid" error that was affecting the Copy Deck function
