Step 1: Remove enemy board

Step 2: Play spell cost increasing minions letting your opponent either make horrible tempo because of removal cost or letting them stay alive.

Step 3: Play Spiteful Summoner to summon a minion that costs alot of mana because of the generally high cost spells or 2 (or 4) more on top of normal cost because of Nerubian Unraveler increased mana costs. 

Step 4: Play King Togwaggle and laugh as they cant play your deck of mostly spells if you have cost increasers still on board, or they spend almost all their mana swapping back that turn, or laugh even harder if they have a full hand and mill King's Ransom.
