This is the OG pirate warrior, before any of that "if i'm lucky to draw keleseth i win game" crap, this is the beast that terrorized the ladder for over 1 year.
As keleseth is not here, it can play 2x bloodsail raider and 2x fireb.... heroic strikes :) the game plan is pretty much same as before, play as a zoo deck for 3-4 turns (focus on board control) and if you have any advantage, switch to face. This is also a fast deck, perfect to climb the ladder on 28th of a month :D
Where are your stats? Did you make legend with this?
Well, to be perfectly honest i didn't play HS this season at all, i am around rank 20ish and i am using this deck to quickly grind back to rank 5 by the end of the month :)) i have a very high win-rate with it, but i don't think it is that relevant since i am very low rank and there are 5 more days till season ends
I figured. This deck lacks Keleseth, which is the most optimal version of Pirate warrior. The deck is competitive, but it's still worse than many meta decks atm.
Yeah, this is an alternative for prince keleseth; i actually think that being able to run 2x bloodsail raiders and 2x heroic strikes is really important in this kind of deck (golakka crawlers are also not bad, since most of the decks now run pirates). Sure, if you draw keleseth early on you will be really ok for the rest of the game... but if you don't you end up armoring up in turn 2, which is something this deck can't really afford since it is really tempo dependent.
