Hello everyone,
I have very fun (your opponents don't know what's going on as it isn't popular to play anyfin can happen) and competitive deck to share. I have made it to complete murloc quest (generally, I don't like playing aggro) and got supprised by its effectiveness. I went 10-1 at the beggining with this deck starting at rank 5 (I lost one game to quest mage due to my fatal mistake. I missed lethal by him fatiguing himself after I could drop him to 1 hp.).
Hope you like it. Enjoy!
How the hell did you do so well with this deck in this current wild meta?!? There's 0 healing and 0 draw. How often did you even win with the final anyfin? With no cycle / healing that's gotta be a very hard task.
I actually totally forgot about lifesteal but even then on an average lifesteal minion you're only getting back 2-4 health unless you're luck and able to make cobalt hit the lifesteal or have the lifesteal survive a turn for bonemare. I'm not trying to argue your success, I'm just trying to better understand how the deck works because I really want to do as well as I possibly can with your deck.
Maybe I was just lucky or maybe on R3-5 people are more likely to experiment with different decks - not necessarily top tier. I had at some point 1 Solemn Vigil instead of Cobalt Scalebane, Chillblade Champion changed for another beast (Golakka Crawler - I encountered a lot of warrior pirates and prince rouges - I have even replaced Fledgling to have two of those). This is only the backbone. The key is to adjust the deck to the decks you encounter most often on given rank. I think it is necessary to be succesful and reach legend.
Anyway, I am not very experienced Pally player. I would appreciate any suggestion to improve the deck. I will mention some possible replacements/adjustments in the description.
Edit. It is important to know when you can go all in and when to play more slowly. For instance you may want to be as quick as possible against jade druids, against aggro you try to clear the board, prevent their board to get out of hand and then you can heal with corpsetakers, wickerflame and DK weapon. With other control you try to be smart and finally OTK them. It is important to keep them in range of lethal with Anyfin Can Happen if possible.
Firstly, I liked your video a lot. I find it very flattering to see that somebody appreciated this deck :)
Since I have already played about 50 games with it till now and got used to it, I will share my thoughts on your gameplay :). It may encourage also some people to watch it as well to get better with this deck.
I ve always had mulliganned Wickerflame out to make sure Corpsetaker would get lifesteal (especially when you already have Rightous Protector you risk not having divine shield on it), but it is arguable and depends on ur experience, personal play-style preference and meta. I saw that at the end of ur video you got the same conclusion.
When you test mirror entity and you have Old-Murc Eye in hand i suggest you use it - it can provide a lot of damage when playing Anyfin Can Happen - unless you suspect it is a secret that polymorphs your minion (its not that common though).
I hope it was helpful. Thanks for the video! :)
