This is a pretty versatile deck and there are many ways to defeat Thaddius depending on which cards you get.

The key is to simply survive the first few turns until you can get board control. In my winning game (first try), I followed the opening strategy of Moerko; Betrayal on turn 2 and Sap on turn 3 to remove Feugen and Stalagg.

After that I established board control with Emperor Thaurissan protected behind taunt minions and spells. With board control established it was a walk in the park.
