Well... just another try in this mechanic! I'm at Rank14 ranked. It's difficult to master but very funny. Suggestions allways welcomed.
I think this deck has the right idea but to work out with consistant success it needs to be a mid-range deck which can succeed rather consistently without the quest or Bloodreaver Gul'dan. Discarding cards like Succubus and Doomguard are way overpowered at their mana cost when you also get benifit for the discard by drawing and/or the quest progress (Malchezaar's Imp) or benifit to the board (Silverware Golem or Tiny Knight of Evil). My point is that this deck can be very very strong if it is more mid-range minion heavy that goes face, collects discards for the quest and to draw more, and has mostly demons so it can benifit from Gul'dan all while buff/helping push dmg to the face.
I think cards like Voidwalker can be replaced with Flame Imp for more dmg early and maybe even adding Leeroy and Power Overwhelming to bust through taunts/take down Lyra-esk cards/deal the much needed 5-10 dmg to close a game out by turn 8 or 9. I am putting something together now and if it works half well I might post it up.
Thanks for the great list! There is a lot of good stuff going on here which I plan on taking into my deck! TY and GL
Definitely I will try your Flame Imp suggestion.
Altough I'm not having the quest, would be great to try it out.
This deck is a nightmare for priests, since the quality of many cheap 4-attack minions, altought you rely heavily on your mulligan phase and starting hand (or DiscarRNGesus!)
Thanks for your comment!
