(!!CHANGES!!) I changed 2 cards, i removed Brewmaster, because the deck has far enough value etc, but you can still keep him, he is very good still) 2. i changed Pinsize potion for more draw, acolyte of pain.) 
>> this deck is now top tier, and i continue to climb the ladder, i went from rank 5 to legendary when i started posting this - now i am legendary rank 1255.

I published a rogue deck back in the days that destroyed the ladder, made alot of people legend in a hard time of cancer decks - Here i am again with the exact same purpose. 

Before you read this. Are you also really tired of sitting with your hand full of spells and not being able to do anything versus the decks climbing the ladder out there? Well then listen very careful, heres a minion highlander priest deck with just the right amount of spells that balances everything. 

.. But i can tell you this, it recks everything on ladder except Questmage - But every Qmage recks ANY priest deck, so just concede those and claim your spot on the ladder with this Minionbased Highlander priest deck. - So if youre stuck with alot of Questmages, then go play some offensive decks, if you meet anything else on the ladder, read carefully below.

Basically the following things is crucial to beat the ladder: 

Skulking takes good care of ALL Jade druids and ALL Evolve shamans, you should watch the shamans concede when skulking comes out from a priest - And why does this deck then have 1 drops if i run Skulking? - Its simple, use the 1 mana spells whenever you can, and if you get value from the skulking then you never really needed the 1 mana cards, lets say you face a Jade druid, well - then Potion of Madness, Pint-size potion and Power word shield is not going to help you any ways, so actually removing them from potentially drawing them is actually pretty good - gives you a higher chance of drawing efficient cards. 

So just to summ up all the "different cards value" 
1. Skulking - Recks all Jade druid and Evolve Shamans
2. Brewmaster - Gives you in many cases an extra Kazakus OR in this case another VALUE ress from Eternal Servitude, gives you a chance to draw twice with Coldlight oracle if u face control based decks or if you search for answers. 
3. Barnes - again works sick with Eternal Servitude and ofc lich king, ysera etc. 
4. Cobalt scalebane??? Am i crazy? - yep. the card gives your Tar creeper, Northshire cleric and so on alot of Attack damage to work with, especially against other priests, all low mana minions end with 4 attack damage which makes it hard for a priest to deal with. 
5. why run Prophet velen if you aint going to OTK? Because that card is a 7/7 body and having that on the board is just amazing with every scenario you play, simply a key card imo. 
6. Last - why bonemare and Elise? Why not? the cards fits the curve and simply gets work done.

7... this deck suprises alot and will take care of aggro and control decks.

This deck gave me a win % of 75 % from rank 5 to Legend. I can honestly say, respect that its a RAZAKUS deck, that means you wont draw perfect every game, but this minion based deck is just amazing in very many situations.
