Overall Strategy
You typically want to build up your board, push aggression and finish your opponent with direct damage cards. Staying on curve isn't necessarily needed considering we have Overload cards in our deck, but utilizing our bigger minions on curve is important. On turn 2, playing Totem Golem is almost always the play. On turn 4, playing Flamewreathed Faceless is perfect.
Golems Aplenty
Jade Golem cards make up a sixth of our deck. The little green dudes can get big quickly with the right draws/hands. At best, we can have a 6/6 Jade Golem. They can help push a more tempo-oriented aggro push. The generation of these guys is quite helpful and powerful, even in Wild Mode.
Mulligans
Typically, you want 1-cost minions in your hand alongside a single copy of Jade Claws. Obviously, we don't Patches or anything that costs over 3 in our starting hand. Keeping both copies of Flametongue Totem is a bad keep. Tunnel Trogg and Sir Finley Mrrgglton are our best starting cards in our opening hands.
Card Swaps
Don't have some of these cards? Some not working out for you? Here are some replacements below:
- Aya Blackpaw and Loatheb can be swapped out for Azure Drake
- Crackle can be replaced with a second copy of Lava Burst or Stormcrack
- Hammer of Twilight can be replaced with Doomhammer
