Hello, I am Louey7 (my YouTube: here). This is my old Warlock deck that I used to use. I will go over viability and replacements below. "Tauntlock" name: the deck themes around taunts and it combines with the name Warlock. This is the basic F2P version that requires minimal Curse of Naxxramas completion.

This is a video I made of the deck. Hope you learn something useful in it! In the video, I was changing the deck up a lot and trying to find a better deck for my meta. The basic version will do a lot better in the early meta (according to matches against my friend when I used the basic version and my friend using it starting around rank 25).

 Philosophy and Introduction

This decks is themed with a control Warlock. You control the board with your army of taunt minions. Then, you buff your taunt minions and apply pressure with valuable trades and face-hitting. You keep control of the board with your removal spells, and steadily gain advantage with the Warlock hero power. With this advantage and amount of minions you can remove, you should not have much of a challenge in defeating your opponent.
I built this deck, in the open beta of Hearthstone. I made this one in particular because I was losing a lot with my "good" decks to my friend who had a, in my opinion, bad deck. This deck successfully crushed his. Laying down taunts after taunts, and buffing these taunts makes for a very minion-stopping deck. Not only did these taunts stop enemy minions, you will have multiple removal spells, including the cheap Soulfire. Anyway, with these spells and taunt walls, you should not have much trouble early on.
Later on is where the problem begins... This deck just is too slow and can't handle the meta. There are many variations with commons, rares, epics, and even legendaries. However, those don't help this deck that much if the theme is kept the same. Without the same theme, this would shift into a control/hand Warlock.

Replacements

These replacements will help improve your deck. They will not only help improve the deck, though, they will make the deck more fun.

Viability
Another work in progress......... Overall poor around ranks 15 or better, but not meant for those ranks. Great against swarm-type decks.
