- Prince of the Jungle -
- A quest-deck with big beasts and a few other giants that can fill up the board with many strong minions quicker than you think -
- Summon lots of 5 attack minions to get Jungle Giants as fast as possible -
- Save minions like Coldlight Oracle, Nourish and The Curator until you have gained the quest-bonus -
- As a booster for minions in your deck, Prince Keleseth have been added -
- A good armor buff for your hero is the use of Earthen Scales and can help get you through tough encounters -
- Since the deck consists of mainly beasts, try to keep at least one out on the board for Menagerie Warden which benefits a lot with the quest and also Giant Anaconda will summon a minion when dead, but manage carefully what cards you hold to make sure you don't miss out on a battlecry -
- Lotus Agents and Stonehill Defender are included along with Prince Malchezaar to make things more exciting -
- Mix 'em all together and you have a combination that will overwhelm most enemies! -
trash
You give up t1 already, then add prince 2?
No Doomsayers or wrath on 2, no tempo options early, and loads of slow cards in the deck. It's difficult to remove the auto-loss to aggro feature quest druid faces, but what great targets do any of you even see for the anacondas? This deck is all-around trash
- Thanks -
- Prince Keleseth just adds that extra grunt in this deck and out of nowhere, you will have filled the board with 0-cost minions -
- Giant Anacondas are for late game, helping with filling the board or being used to get the quest quicker plus they are beasts, but use them wisely -
:-)
I understand, if you check my deck lists I've been running quest lists for several patches- since before UI was introduced.
I've toyed around with Prince Keleseth, too with quest for fun, but to tell others it is solid I think there needs to be worlds more consistency throughout the rest of the list.
I'm sorry, I actually think you did a great job and the quest is very difficult to pull off.
I feel like there are too many NEEDED cards missing for quest:
Forgotten King Kun is a must include,
then 2 UI's are auto-include because you can play *2 UI's and Kun in ONE turn*
1x Anaconda is more often better than 2, even for the enhanced quest completion, mostly due to lack of space, but if you REALLY want to include him and be fast, where is Mukla? :P
Genzo should be included in every quest list imho as well
Lich King is now a card I consider a must-include as well and can also rush quest completion, etc etc etc.
To go beast route with Quest Druid I think you also pretty much require Tyrantus, Menagerie Wardens and Bonemares
I can go on and on and on...
I do love your enthusiasm on the list anyways, I've just been leaning into this archetype for months.
Also, Harrison Jones adds to this tasty collection of 5 att and draw
I'm going to stream a little bit of some quest druid shortly. I'm trying to polish the finishing touches of a Q'Thun Control list, come check it out for ideas with Quest Druid

- Thanks for the update -
- Although this deck is still a work in progress as my collection grows, this deck is one of my favourites coz of the shock effect from actually gaining the quest -
- I like your research with the mechanics of the deck and who knows what it will look like in the future -
:-)
-2 Nourish, +2 Ultimate Infestation
- I recently got 1x Ultimate Infestation and it works awesome, but i still like Nourish as a lower cost card-draw -
- Thanks -
:-)
no,this list needs both nourish and UIs.
imagine said scenario, you are on T10 and are playing Barnabus this turn
Barnabus > Nourish > (0) Forgotten King Kun > Ultimate Infestation > several tempo options > Innervate > Earthen Scales > Well Played
- True that -
- Nice combo you have described there -
:o)
- Made a new version and added Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound plus i just crafted Kun the Forgotten King and as extra punch I have Blood of The Ancient One x2 which, with both out, makes a 30/30 The Ancient One -
- Still under construction though, but it has its awesome moments once you reach end-game -
- BTW, If you have one or two Blood of The Ancient One you should look into the possiblities to copy minions with mage and see how many big 30/30's you can have at once -
- It's epic! -
;o)
After 6 games (1-5) at rank 19/20 I decided to make some changes to the deck, played 4 games with them, went 4-0 : )
Kunix, what do you think about:
- 2 x Innervate
- Prince Keleseth
- 1 x Cobalt Scalebane
- Prince Malchezaar
- 1 x Giant Anaconda
- 1 x Volcanosaur
+ 1 x Naturalize
+ 2 x Druid of the Swarm
+ 1 x Power of the Wild
+ 1 x Tortollan Forager
+ 2 x Wrath
- Thanks for the research! -
- Your changes seem legit as I realize my version might be a bit mid-to-late game for some peoples style -
- As with all my decks, they are meant to be fun, but are also used in ranked games -
:-)
Currently 1-4 around rank 19/20 Standard but I love the idea, thanks for the list! : )
- Thank you too and you're most welcome! -
- When it works, it amazes, right?
:-)
winrate ? and what rank ?
- Can't remember winrate, but I've fought my way from fresh month rank 23 to 17 pretty fast using only this deck -
