Hello!
I used this deck to defeat heroic Sapphiron, there is really not too much to it. On heroic, you have no Frozen Champion for your dudes to hide behind, which results in the boss wiping your board at the start of his every turn, so the only minions included in the deck are the parts of the Unleash combo, Mad Scientist to bring out more traps, Nerubian Egg is 4 damage for 2 mana against the boss, which is alright.
Use your hero power often, but do not let the boss overwhelm you on board. Mind the Skeletal Smith if you have or you are about to play your Eaglehorn Bow. When the enemy minions are becoming too much of a threat, you can abuse the Necroknight drawback to regain control - and to kill annoying minions such as the Spectral Knight. Hunter's Mark goes a long way in this regard.
Save your UtH combo cards - Starving Buzzard, Unleash the Hounds, Timber Wolf - for when you can get good value and good damage to the face. You should be aiming to gnaw at the boss for a bit with your hero power and bow, manage the board, then go for the kill in two large bursts over two turns - UtH + Wolf, UtH + Wolf + Leeroy, 2x Kill Command and such.
Misdirection felt like *the* MVP here - don't place it blindly if you have the choice. It can save you a ton of life and cripple their board, or at least get you closer to the kill range.
Another good thing about traps is that Sapphiron always plays his minions before he attacks, from what I've seen, so those Explosives will be juicy.
Mind that the boss also has Pure Cold in it's deck in addition to the less threatening Frostbolt and try not to get caught with your pants down when planning trap placement or trading your hounds.
If you have no Leeroy Jenkins, you can replace it with an Arcane Golem for example, it'll still be a viable deck! You can even run the Golem instead of the Explosive Shot if you are feeling kinky or just don't have this less-used rare.
Good luck, hopefully you find this decklist helpful on your way to the Naxx card back!

P.S. Contents of the Sapphiron Heroic deck, according to Beonitas. Thank you for the contribution!
For anyone wondering what to face in Sapphiron's Deck, here the Decklist (I brought him to Fatigue with a Weapon/Spell-Warrior, so the entire deck was seen):
3 x Mana Wyrm
3 x Faerie Dragon
2 x Frostbolt
3 x Loot Hoarder
2 x Dancing Swords
2 x Skeletal Smith
3 x Necroknight
2 x Azure Drake
2 x Pure Cold
3 x Spectral Knight
2 x Blizzard
Please upvote so that everybody knows!
PS: Maybe it could also be included in the Guide itself?!
P.P.S. A video of the deck in action by Kizaru1, thanks!

Thank you all for the wonderful support, I didn't dare to imagine this would become so popular. It's great to see I've hopefully helped all you nice people, very motivating.
Deck worked great, thanks! :)
Thank you T_T thought i wont defeat him
Conceded 7 times in a row due to no bow draw early. Sigh, this game isn't fun when it turns into a "luck of the draw" situation on these fights.
Thank you! Made it on my first try. I guess I've been lucky with all these combos:)
Fascinating like you two came with almost same deck and yet your was on news page and his wasn't even it came out 4 hours earlier ..

Arcane Golemn worked fine in place of Leeroy. The real trick is staying alive long enough to get a big hounds + timber wolf swing.

ela re sisife!
First Try after failing with the other Hunter Deck on hearthpwn 10 times.
Mulligan for Mad Scientist and especially the bow. You don't need Unleash or Buzzard too early since he won't have many minions on the board until turn 8 or so. Keep playing traps and keep hitting his face with the bow and hero power. Don't bother clearing his minions with the bow. If you get lucky you can freezing trap big minions and two explosive traps in a row will kill almost every minion he drops. Watch out for killing the skeleton that destroys your weapon. Around turn 6 or 7 use a tracking for Leeroy and go face with him. Next turn unleash combo and you'll easily have 8+ damage on board from the doggies because of the Leeroy whelps. Save hunters marks and arcane shots for the Necroknights, he always plays minions on his right side.
Still a lot of RNG needs to go your way. He didn't Pure Cold me by turn 9. I did lose a 3 durability bow because of an unlucky misdirect killing the skeleton. I ended up killing him without using a kill command, didn't draw them yet. Concede early if you don't get a bow, not worth wasting your time.
Thanks for this. I was struggling with this deck, always seemingly one turn away from lethal, until I employed these tips. First time I missed by 1 hp because I forgot to put my timber wolf down before unleash, second time got it right.
Great guide! I beat him on my first try! Thanks!
I think you should go for Arcane Shots and Weapons.
