Hello!
I used this deck to defeat heroic Sapphiron, there is really not too much to it. On heroic, you have no Frozen Champion for your dudes to hide behind, which results in the boss wiping your board at the start of his every turn, so the only minions included in the deck are the parts of the Unleash combo, Mad Scientist to bring out more traps, Nerubian Egg is 4 damage for 2 mana against the boss, which is alright.
Use your hero power often, but do not let the boss overwhelm you on board. Mind the Skeletal Smith if you have or you are about to play your Eaglehorn Bow. When the enemy minions are becoming too much of a threat, you can abuse the Necroknight drawback to regain control - and to kill annoying minions such as the Spectral Knight. Hunter's Mark goes a long way in this regard.
Save your UtH combo cards - Starving Buzzard, Unleash the Hounds, Timber Wolf - for when you can get good value and good damage to the face. You should be aiming to gnaw at the boss for a bit with your hero power and bow, manage the board, then go for the kill in two large bursts over two turns - UtH + Wolf, UtH + Wolf + Leeroy, 2x Kill Command and such.
Misdirection felt like *the* MVP here - don't place it blindly if you have the choice. It can save you a ton of life and cripple their board, or at least get you closer to the kill range.
Another good thing about traps is that Sapphiron always plays his minions before he attacks, from what I've seen, so those Explosives will be juicy.
Mind that the boss also has Pure Cold in it's deck in addition to the less threatening Frostbolt and try not to get caught with your pants down when planning trap placement or trading your hounds.
If you have no Leeroy Jenkins, you can replace it with an Arcane Golem for example, it'll still be a viable deck! You can even run the Golem instead of the Explosive Shot if you are feeling kinky or just don't have this less-used rare.
Good luck, hopefully you find this decklist helpful on your way to the Naxx card back!

P.S. Contents of the Sapphiron Heroic deck, according to Beonitas. Thank you for the contribution!
For anyone wondering what to face in Sapphiron's Deck, here the Decklist (I brought him to Fatigue with a Weapon/Spell-Warrior, so the entire deck was seen):
3 x Mana Wyrm
3 x Faerie Dragon
2 x Frostbolt
3 x Loot Hoarder
2 x Dancing Swords
2 x Skeletal Smith
3 x Necroknight
2 x Azure Drake
2 x Pure Cold
3 x Spectral Knight
2 x Blizzard
Please upvote so that everybody knows!
PS: Maybe it could also be included in the Guide itself?!
P.P.S. A video of the deck in action by Kizaru1, thanks!

Thank you all for the wonderful support, I didn't dare to imagine this would become so popular. It's great to see I've hopefully helped all you nice people, very motivating.
first try! Very Easy! Thank you
Worked very well, thanks. :D
Finally managed it after like 3 days. Just in case anyone has problems with Hunter/Warrior decks.
This mage deck really helped me, relatively cheap, good removal, killed him by fatigue.
Killed him from first try. Great deck
Hope it works for you, not going to spend hours. Must be doing something wrong.
Some opinions suggest Hunter and Mage are the way to go, and that seems correct. Warrior has gotten me close but it sure is random, but in the end Amaz' Mage deck (not cheap, but thankfully all that needed crafting were the Ice Blocks and I had the dust) is what did it for me. Learned a lot about this challenge along the way, and if I've got the time, perhaps I'll revisit the Hunter to challenge myself.
The budget Mage decks out there seem reasonable, but the Hunter deck here (and variants) and probably better if the Amaz deck is too pricey (if not the best). I had the pieces for the Hunter deck, but inexperience did not help during early attempts. As it turns out, did better with this deck than almost all of the others other than Amaz' obviously. I greatly underestimated it.
It tooks me 3 hours, a RNG factor, two redbulls... but now is finally dead!!... I use the variant in Beonitas's post... thanks for this deck, it works...
Great Deck! I have yet to comment on any deck i have used for the heroics but this is one i must comment one. I managed to down Sapphiron on my first attempt! Well done man!
Thank you. Won first try!
Great deck! Took a couple of tries but I got close each time. Thanks!
I've lost count how many tries I failed, I've been trying for 3 days. Last boss I need to do.
ARGHHHHH /rant
Used your recommendations with the change of removing only one Arcane Shot and one Tracking, but I also removed both Starving Buzzard. I felt that with the board control that Snipe , Multi-Shot and Freeze Trap provided I wouldn't really need the buzzard Uth combo. Beat it first try and didn't have Uth.
I used your variation to beat him ! great replacement !
Snipe is definitely a key addition. I found I did need the Unleash the Hounds/Starving Buzzard combo for the card draw, and Tracking helped me pull it. You should consider posting a separate deck with your changes as I tried the original for a couple of hours before reading the comments and making some changes. After that it only took a couple more attempts.
Great deck! I got the kill on my 5th attempt. The key to victory, as mentioned earlier, is getting Eaglehorn Bow early and playing traps consistently. It takes a bit of rng, but it's very doable.
Nice deck. Worked for me on the 2nd attempt (and 1st attempt was close).
got it on my 3rd try!
you really gotta get that eaglehorn early and be smart with the traps, by turn 7 the board was clear and i still had a healthy amount of hp to survive two pure colds!
Yeah u need heavy board control this is why i think adding multi shot to this deck raising your chances of winning. With heavy board control having weapon early is not mandatory (u have hero power for doing dmg) and if u get rid of his board constantly he won't kill u with his spells.
1 explosive shot more is pretty handy aswell and flares instead of tracking, tracking have drawback it can save u in one turn but u will lack certain cards that u discarded later.
Guys, can I manage it without Misdirect? I'm kinda short on dust.
Try multi shot, its really good.
Ya I don't have any Misdirection either, added an Arcane Golem and Multi Shot. Not having much success yet, tried about 6-7 times. I don't have Leeroy Jenkins either but still pretty sure this deck will work eventually :P
