This actually began as an auto-fill deck vs The Lich King, both for stream funnies and to see what TLK's opener was against rogue. VOD here, see 2:12:55 for auto-fill, 2:22:20 for 1st game, 3:25:00 for final/winning game.
After the first game, I removed the 7 or so spells that auto-fill included, pulled about 6 more cards out, then added in C'thun and his supporters.
Notably missing from deck and probably worth including: Sylvanas, The Black Knight, Doomsayer x2, Vilespine Slayer (especially for Maexxna).
I doubt the Shadowblades are necessary, but they worked well enough for early board removal.
The big plays: Kel'Thuzad + Stubborn Gastropods to clear buffed minions post-Frostmourne. Ysera's "Dream" + Cult Apothecary/Antique Healbot for life gain.
I took out shredders, gastropods, and stonehills (situational and dead cards imo without enough value) and don't have lich king yet. I added fuegen, stalag, zoth, twilight geo, brann, and two loot hoarders. First try I had two 11/11s on the board and easily won turn 14-15 with 29hp and more heals in hand. Since it only took one try I recommend others do the same, because gastropod is useless about 99% of the time and shredders are too RNG to make it worthwhile to have them in. Stonehills are good, but bad for rogue since there is no chance of drawing an actually really good taunt like tirion. Oh, didn't have shadowblades either. Wasn't worth crafting them IMO and I was right—added two sludge belchers instead for the zoth combo. On turn 7 he wasted a turn hitting a 1/2 taunt with emperor out on the board for two turns, was amusing.
Never even drew thun but he was a 33/34 taunt by the time I killed the lich king. So, I would have won twice over since there were only 7 cards left in my deck due to loot hoarders and zoth combo.
This one worked for me!
Worked for me, didn't have Boom (never crafted him ) so I put in Sylvanas and got him on my second attempt. Kel'thusad was honestly the MVP for me, had good tempo, got Thaurissan out on turn 6, Lich King on 7, and KT on 8, C'thun was at 20/20 when I drew him and plopped him down to win next turn. Sylvanas was a pretty big help too as he completely ignores hitting her with anything.
