Hey,

This is my ' self-made DiscardLock ' deck, it is one of the most funniest and rng based decks but when played correctly it can give you alot of fun/wins and even respect from your oponnents.

You have 3 win conditions, the first is discarding enough cards and the right cards for your quest so you can finish it around turn 6/7 and play it. You have combo's with cards like ' malchezaar's imp and Lakkari felhound ' which are nice combo's but you shouldn't be focusing to much on those combo's, estemate how high your chance is of discarding the right cards like ' silverware golem ' if it is a high % then just go for it. Ofcourse you will not always discard the right cards but it isnt the end of the world when you discard lets say ' Blood-queen Lana-thel '.

The second win condition is your demon side of this deck, i put some good demons in the deck that normally wouldnt shine in a discardlock deck. The cards that will make your deck even better are: Despicable Dreadlord, Abyssal enforcer and even the DK Bloodreaver Gul'dan. This is the best part of the deck, even if you are not getting the right or good discards and lets say your doomguards and lakkaria felhounds are getting deathed and pained, the DK will get them back on the field without any problem AND it gives you an amazing healing ability that will make your late game much easier then before.

Then the third and last win-condition, if those 2 aren't working for you then you always got the other ' fill up spells/minions '. Stonehill defenders/tar creepers/twisting nether/defile and even the monster dragon himself DEATHWING ', those will help you make the cut. This deck would be a alright deck without those cards, but put them in and you have a amazing deck that has good offence and great deffense. With the stonehills you can aim for more lakkari felhounds/tar taunts/garbage taunts so your % goes up with discarding a bad card and you can even get the lich king. The tar creeper is just in it to give you a good 3 mana taunt for those early game agressive decks like: pirate warrior and it isn't the worst if you discard a tar creeper versus a control/mid-range deck. Then the spells, we needed a boardclear to get back into the game. Thats why i put in: twisting nether and deathwing, both are amazing cards to get back into the game and both are heavy, you can setup a amazing defile play with cards like: mortal coil or abyssal enforcer.

Cards you can replace:

There are some cards that you can cut, you can cut out stonehill defenders and tar creepers and add ' the curator ' with 2 primordial drakes and a earthen ring farseer ' but the problem with that is that the deck goes way to heavy but if you like those style of decks and you are kinda done with those stonehills then go for it. Then ofcourse you can cut blood-queen Lana'thel for: The Lich King but i find it way too hard to actually put him down in this deck. I tried it and the biggest problem is that if you make this deck heavy then the chance of you discarding those cards will also go up in %. You can also cut out deathwing because i dont find him that amazing but he is a good way to comeback, you can cut him out for lets say a siphon soul or a extra twisting nether. Then the last cards you can replace are: howlfiend and defile, defile is a amazing card if the situation is right but the biggest problem with it is because of your heavy minion based deck, it needs to be PERFECT otherwise you will only clear 1/2 minions. Thats why you can actually replace it with: corrupting mist, same cost spell and it does a better job of giving you a 1 turn board clear same as the doomsayer. The howlfiend, i actually find him a great card. You put alot of pressure on the enemy because of his stats and you play a DISCARD deck so that he discards cards when hit is just perfect, you can expect bad trades for your opponent and some people will even use a single devolve just so you cant escelate into a turn 4 quest done type of thing. But if you feel like he is way too risky then just drop him for lets say: The lich king or Elise The Trailblazer, both are great cards to put in but elise gives you way more late game power even tho the lich king is a 8 mana 8/8 with taunt that gives you a spell that is most time better then the spells you get from ysera.

Then some basic tips for you to know how to think, while playing this deck:

First, Dont think only about completing your quest. I see it all the time by people that play this deck for the first time. Lets say this is your hand: zilverware golem, doomguard, lakkari felhound, lakkari felhound, bloudreaver guldan and tar creeper. You are 1 discard away from your quest and it is turn 7, don't drop your doomguard or lakkari felhound. your chance of discarding bloudreaver guldan is way too high because both the cards that discard things are 2, just tap and wait untill or your hand is full or you have a 1 discard minion/spell. The deck isn't all about finishing your quest, it is one of the three win conditions, so just think about the right plays and do the right things.

Second, don't be afraid of losing health. I see that alot too, ofcourse your health is important and you shouldn't life tap when you are at 10 health but dont be afraid of dropping your Abyssal Enforcer when you are at 15 because it is one of the best and greatest cards, it all depends ofcourse on the matchups. When you are versus a aggro deck then dont do anything life releated when you are 15 or below but when you are versus a evolve shaman/mid range paladin or a priest. Those decks dont have alot of face damage cards so you can easly take the hit and put pressure on them by dropping the cards.

Third, dont get too excited when you discard the right cards. When you turn 2 soulfire a northsire cleric and you get a silverware golem or you get a cluthmother discarded, thats great but dont try it too many times. Because when you do that and you discard a bloudreaver guldan or a card like blood-queen lana'thel even tho bloodqueen isn't the greatest those cards are great comeback tools and when you discard them and lose the game you shouldn' t blame the deck or the game for that. It is your fault and only your fault, ofcourse you will get some bad rng but when that happends just think about your play and what you could have done differently.
