My own Jade Druid with couple changes. I don't play Yogg, because I don't have him. I play it even without Lich King, because I don't have him. I play it with Druids of the Swarm, because they are good against aggro.

If you have Lich King and Yogg:

-2x Druid of the Swarm

+1x The Lich King

+1 Yogg-Saron, Hope's End

Update:

-1x Druid of the Swarm

+1x Malfurion the Pestilent

If you dont have Malfurion, you can play Spellbreaker or Big Game Hunter or Yogg-Saron, Hope's End
