After about 12 hours of 4 long deck attempts, I finally made this Warlock Quest work. 

Tempo didn't work because you drew dead cards.
Full discard didn't work because you lacked answers to the board.
Destroy your own minions didn't work cause... I don't know what I was thinking there.
And Zoo didn't work consistently enough.

That brought me to Value. 
I added the 15 highest rated spells, + the quest, and filled the rest with the highest rated discard synergistic cards. (According to HearthArena) 
And surprisingly, it worked! 

You don't care what you discard, as long as you don't discard your hero or the quest, but even then you'll last until end game very consistently just with the value of the cards alone; instead of relying on certain card combos.

It's a pretty expensive deck but if you have the cards, you gotta give this one a go.
