Hello all today we will be taking down the 2nd boss in the Construct Quarter who goes by the name of Grobbulus. This is best and most easily accomplished with the Priest class so as not to lead any astray that is exactly what we will be using.

Our combo cards in Priest class specific cards are way too fast for poor Grobbulus to keep tempo with and our passive ability is a direct counter to his Poison Cloud effect so all we need to do is choose the right neutral card base that work best against his own passive and that will spiral our tempo out of control and he will never be able to keep pace or save himself from being pounded on except for throwing countless taunters in our face till his hand is near empty.

The strategy is simple enough all you need in your opening hand is either a Lightwell or Stoneskin Gargoyle as they work best since they have self healing capabilities which allow us to be able to focus matters elsewhere by freeing up our mana supply. Next you are going to want a Divine Spirit on one of those guys aforementioned. Last you are going to want to draw into an Inner Fire to make a minion of your choosing enchanted with the Divine Spirit an absolute Beast!!!

If you have managed to do this successfully the match is pretty much a surefire win in most cases so the above is best-case scenario and as CCG players we know we always don't get the RNG Gods in our favor so this deck is packed with tons of spot removal in the forms of Holy Smite,Shadow Word: Pain,Shadow Word: Death & even a lone copy of Holy Fire if need be giving us all we need to re-take control of the board if our mulligan phase was unsuccessful and Grobbulus was full throttle.

We also come equipped with two types of board clear one in creature base that works a strong majority of the time as your opponent is AI and not human so a Doomsayer placed in time of need will work wonders for you. The other comes to us via AOE small creature damage & a small heal in the same card Holy Nova so two copies of each really makes you a strong contender in this match up whether you get the combo from the start or not?

Alright now lets talk combo as the deck describes is indeed a combo deck. That's because it really is! But let's say you miss 1 of your pieces to combo off being your Divine Spirit? Well not to worry because Power Word: Shield in this specific deck is combo enough on its own +2 life and draw is  too powerful in here for certain.  The other combo is Baron RivendareDark Cultist. If this should happen to go off you can bypass not having a Divine Spirit in your hand yet and just go for kill should both effects choose to enhance the same minion.  (Anything 8+ health should work nicely)  :)

Lastly we can best abuse Grobbulus passive Poison Cloud by throwing some Acolyte of Pain in there. Two work best as we need our draw mechanism to hunt out our killing blow card and last combo piece the Inner Fire and with him doing 2 damage to it every single turn while still having it on the board cause he's a computer and not human then just healing it to draw again makes it an invaluable card drawing engine.

Also to keep you alive should you fall entirely behind I have thrown in 2 copies of the powerful yet cheap casting Deathlord in which can also be combo'd with Divine SpiritInner Fire on emergency situations as a result of his already high toughness factor.

Lastly I have included 1 lone copy of Mass Dispel for when things get hairy on Grobbulus side of the board and he has an army of taunters and you cant get through or any other effect you don't want to happen also drawing you a card in the process.

Well that pretty much covers the fight entirely remember to like & subscribe if you used my guide to help you so I am assured I am doing you all a good service.
